Avoid at all cost. Don't know where to begin. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant.Ordered online ahead of time and....1) Ran out of crispy chicken during pick up. What's the point of order ahead then? FALSE ADVERTISING!2) Long wait during pick up despite ordering ahead3) Gave us the wrong drink4) Didn't give us gravy for the mashed potato5) Dint give us any sauce for the chicken strips6) No butter or honey for the biscuitsPoorly ran restaurant and seriously understaffed.
I wish zero stars was an option. I don’t know why I torture myself continuing to go to this restaurant. Horrible service. They make you park and wait in your car for your food every time. And then they get your order wrong and half the time the chicken seems like it’s been sitting under a hot lamp for 5 hours. I’ve gone there at dinner and they were out of chicken. I’ve gone there at lunch and they had no burgers since they are also an A&W. They can’t get either menu right. No wonder there’s very little business there. The owners have given up and so have I.
Terrible customer experience! They should probably shut this branch if they can’t provide good customer service. I just ordered 5 chicken drumsticks.. and it’s been an hour(am writing this review as I wait in my car), no response every time I check on status and the staff are not at all friendly.. I understand they could be short staffed or whatever but no reason to treat their customers this way!

There’s a reason why KFC’s across the country are shutting down.
Don't go there! Very rude. No explain in kindness, and just said NO without saying sorry. And even yelling out (that's not speak out loudly! The guy had anger!) If you want to experience this unpleasant feeling, just go and order
KFC chicken sandwich is 10 times better than chik fil a. Just tried it for the first time and it was excellent.
Dont go there . every time i stop by .they say they are out of crispy chickens. plus when i order em, they dont taste good at all, not fresh ,kinda warm .workers outfit not clean.
Went this KFC 3 times at11Am for lunch and they were not opened. Sign and GOOGLE said open, but no employees were there. Went to Wendys.
