I honestly would like to give less than four stars but I can’t because I believe they can do better as far as hospitality… Please ladies do better we are already black and looked down upon and are knit picked at in work settings and stereotyped by having “attitudes” don’t give them the satisfaction of being able to say that about this establishment (I am black and Portuguese I get it enough from both sides trust me take my advice with an open mind). GREET GUEST POLITELY and that goes for everyone regardless of whatever attitude they come walking in with (trust me I know it’s hard to be polite to someone who is giving attitude but take it with a grain of salt) and remember it’s LOUD in that establishment so they may not hear you please PROJECT YOUR VOICE (includes when gust are walking in and at the register) call out names on drinks … overall the drinks came out nicely! Very well blended and tasteful ?

Not a pleasant experience. We got our drinks (yesterday afternoon 2/21/22), but they weren’t in the traditional branded transparent containers. They were in generic containers. It wasn’t like they were out because the customers before and after us got normal containers. Our drinks weren’t blended properly either. Whole chunks of fruit were still visible when we open up the lids. I question about the staff since we’re an interracial couple coming into this particular establishment. It was like they were demonstrating a bias towards us. Not good business practice to sabotage your customers drinks. Never coming back to THIS location.
I just love the juices and the smoothies. Everything is fresh. Yes it is a chain, but I like healthy stuff here.
I just ordered a mega mango, substitute strawberries for bananas. My drink still has strawberries in it & I dont taste bananas. I went back in the store & the worker said that if he remade the smoothie it would taste the same because all of the fruit is mixed. Which doesn't make any sense.

staff clearly has no idea how to work restaurant/food services. just gave out drinks without clarifying who ordered what.
