this place was awful. service was mediocre and the staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful to a new girl who was struggling on her first day. i saw one of them take the icing bag for some of the recipes from the FLOOR and continue to use it on a customers icecream like it was nothing. the icecream has ice chunks like it was melted and refrozen and the strawberries had mold growing in the container. horrible place, i wish i could give it zero stars.
Had a very bad experience getting our favorite signature ice cream here. The staff was not friendly in obliging a simple request of having the apple in the ice cream to be bite size. I used to get this way where ever I have ordered without any issue. They are saying the other stores are doing it wrong by obliging my request as it will melt the ice cream while doing that. I have not had such problem elsewhere. The ice cream didn’t even taste as usual. I have to re-think before going to this store again.If people are okay to get however they serve, then it should be okay. Any slight request is not obliged or answered humbly.
I've written about my recent experience but I should also mention that the chocolate items in the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory case appeared old. Some items appeared fine while others had chocolate that was discolored.
I liked this place. The people there are doing a great job making ice creams.

The big ice cream creations are the big attraction here. Come for an indulgence and then feel real guilty afterward.
horrible customer service. I usually love cold stone, not this location though. Lady couldnt even take the time to break up the snickers bar before putting into the cup and was stingy with the rest of the toppings. Just basically threw them on and put them into bowl. no mix in or anything.

Ordered through ubereats for pickup of two ice creams for $18.61 today, very small portion size for the prize and Worst Service not a friendly experience.
worst service!!! i was waiting for so many months that they change but never. dont mix well, half of mix in wasted while mixing etc many more. Also, order love it if you want like it size. same problems are repeating
