It's a really good place for kids to spend time, few arcade games were not working but kids have something other things to play with so it was not a big complaint.Especially the time based unlimited access to games was something my kid always enjoys.Gaming -- 5 starFood -- 2 starOnly drawback is not gr8 food and very pricy
What a great experience! We decided to do a little impromptu birthday celebration for my son's 5th birthday. The staff seen it was his birthday and went absolutely above and beyond to make his special day. We were beyond happy with the service and extent they went to. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable day for my son!
This place is really amazing/fun during the day, But once 12am hits the animatronics begin to bug out. I just have to wait it out for a few more hours.

Went to Concord CA and discovered must have vac cards and wear masks. Got a cheese pizza to go and went to the Dublin Chuckie cheese and had no problem. Must wear masks but no vac card verification. Their pizza was better than Concord anyway. Two chuck e cheese locations, two reviews.I recommend Dublin chuck e cheese. Not very good service either location. But it was 3:30 pm on a Tuesday.Not busy, not cheap, but good for kids. Plenty of parking both locations.
worst experience ever. i walked in and automatically was tormeted by the smell of urine and waste. the screams seeped into my brain and it triggered a schizophrenic meltdown. we were screamed at by an employee and i was in genuine fear for my life. the gore was unbearable. do not visit this chuck e. cheese unless you are looking for the closest experience to entering silent hill. 0/5
The worst place I have ever seen. Game machines are so old... Some do not work but take credits. Pizzas are overbaked and mostly no toppings.
