Worst experience I've ever had. I dont know if chipotle doesn't offer it in training but someone needs to talk to the staff about common courtesy and communication. Then you have a employee preoccupied about the outside garbage when nobody is eating outside and you have a line of about 20 people waiting. I understand you get short staffed and things happen but this was ridiculous. I waited 40 minutes well past the time my online order was supposed to be ready, I get 5 or 10 minutes but 40! Cmon now get your act together chipotle

They seriously give you almost no food at all when you do a mobile app order. The last few times I've gone it's been absolutely ridiculous. Their prices are higher than ever and I'm only getting half the food now. Photos attached. These photos were taken before we began eating. Seriously, only half the bowl was filled...the employees here need to be retrained. I'm fine with paying higher prices, but I expect a meal to be filling. If you need to charge more on top of the already egregious inflation price increases, that's fine, it is what it is, but don't give us half-filled bowls. Really annoyed about how far downhill this particular chipotle has gone. I've been coming here for years and it's only the last few months that this place started slipping.

Getting back to long lines again. Ran out of GUACAMOLE before I got to order bummer staff didnt mention until we started our order. Next time might do the online pickup.

Everything looked good at first. Once the young workers started cleaning, changed my perspective. They cleaned the floor, changed trash bags, etc., and at the end did not changed their gloves and went right on to preparing the food. One worker even started spraying glass cleaner onto the other worker's back right over the food. I am afraid to say, some of the cleaner went into the food. It made me sick to my stomach and ended up throwing away the food. They should have a manager that pays close attention to food handling. I will definitely never go back.

I don't even do reviews but these guys have the worst customer service ever i placed an order for a burrito came and picked it up it was super Skiny and skimpy I asked for it to be redone this punk manager at first refused don't come here it's not worth the hassle or the headache over a 9 dollar burrito these guys are willing to test you don't do business with these minimum wage peasants there really petty

The staff was fine. It's the prices! It cost $17 for a quesadilla and a small fountain drink. Plus they make the quesadilla in such a weird way that doesn't make sense and is impossible to eat. This will be my last time to Chipotle until things change.

Very slow service. It took 45+ minutes before I could get my turn to order. And then I had to wait for another 10 mins as some of the ingredients were not ready. There were only 6 other customers ahead of me and no large orders. There were only 3 employees, 1 at the counter, 1 preparing orders and 1 in the back kitchen.Please note, nothing against employees, they were trying their best, but obviously short staffed.

Un acceptable customer service, this is the worst chipotle I have ever seen in last 5 years.Manager is the worst part, rude and some employees as well. Can’t eat food at this store after seeing this negative environment. Cannot recommend this place.

Walk-in orders are last priority and will expect to wait in line 25+ minutes. Order online or don’t go at all.

The last 2 times I have been here have been pretty sad. The latina lady that did my bowl did not seem to aknowledge me both times, wanted me to hurry, and just cam of overall as very rude. The first time I went I ordered a kids quesadilla which is supposed to have 3 sides, and she only gave me 2. When I asked her for to add a small portion of corn, she seemed to look me up and down and then told me no. The service lately has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
