The older lady working the drive thru was incredibly rude. Not patient at all. Kept cutting us off and had attitude. As someone who’s worked at a fast food restaurant in a drive thru, its not a hard job and it’s not hard to be kind and patient. I cannot believe she talked to us the way she did. They messed up our order and told us to go around and come inside and the people in front of us and behind us had to also because they couldn’t figure out our orders. She was definitely on something.
Joanna always does a fantastic job. I honestly was getting frustrated until I heard her on the other end she's a hard worker and gets the job done. I wouldn't be going to burger King if she wasn't an employee, Because I've had sooo many issues with everyone else. I literally only go when she's working. One of your new male employee's flipped me off because he got my order wrong the 15 times I told him. Thankfully Joanna was working and got my order correct. And as soon as I saw Joanna I knew my order would be right and taken care of.
Don't bother eating here unless you want to get physically sick. It has been a couple months since I have gotten the wrong order, cold food, shorted fries, and gotten physically sick from the garbage they gave me (2 bites). I tried to go on their site and file a complaint to let them know about this. Guess what? (A manager will get back to you shortly).... A month later.. "A manage will get back to you"... a few weeks later, "We are escalating your issue please wait another 10 days...". Don't bother, just go anywhere else, but here. Management doesn't care, neither does corporate.
I was there yesterday. 3/24/22. I purchased a whopper bacon melt. I was not sure which one I want to eat, but the cashier Jazmin, she was very patient to explain each of melt. Service was friendly and quick.

I went in yesterday Saturday the 19th and I wanted to sit down in Burger King and have a good meal cause I like eating there and they just open the lobby back up well I wanted an impossible burger and it says the two for five but the cashier told me that it wasn’t included and just a week ago I ordered the two for 12 meal with the impossible burger he said it’s not included so not to argue with him because he didn’t care I just ordered one impossible burger that cost me almost 9 dollars and I can’t see the prices online or the prices on the board so I decided to buy it cause I was hungry I just wanted to sit down and eat but the sandwich wasn’t the way it should’ve been the bread was very hard I don’t know if they care about how The sandwiches taste but they should check their bread their bread is awful it’s hard around the edges and this is not the first time I experienced that, I usually just bring my food home and eat but I want to sit inside and eat yesterday and I bring it home and put it in the microwave and wrap it in a napkin that helps sometimes but they need to check their bread they are serving old bread also managers and Burger King we all don’t eat MEAT !!!! The worst customer service they took awhile to take my order once i was ordering i couldn't hear anything for a awhile and then they ask to take my order again the lady was so rude i ordered coke and she gaved me sprite the fries were cold and the lettuce on my sandwich was brown never coming back !!!!!?

Stay away from this place! If you don't want to be robbed or taking advantage of stay away from this place I went to order food and they quoted me different prices that were on the board and argued with me when I pointed it out. They refused to budge. If a restaurant's willing to pull that kind of fraud then what are they willing to do or not do to your food? Fast food restaurants like this are franchised. That means that they're locally owned. That means that the owner is willing to take advantage of other people in their own community. Why would you want to give money to an establishment like this?
Went to the drivethru Dublin location near ross on 10/11 around 5PM. Service was really bad and the worker was using her mask as a chin warmer.. When she went to put my fries into the bag..her fingers were touching the top of the fries.. Also she uses the cup to scoop the ice for the drinks. When you do this your hands will make contact with the surrounding ice.. This place is a health hazard. paid with cash and she did not santize or wash her hands. No name tag to be found on her person. I would stay away this. I had to toss my food i paid for because i was disgusted and couldnt stomach the food.
