Just the worst experience. Got an email from Wild wings for a discount. So after a long time building my family's order and trying to pay, I get a text saying that the restaurant changed or cancelled my order and gave me a # to call the restaurant....but no one answered. So now I'm forced to order through Door dash where not only is it already more expensive but now I'm not going to get my discount!Then wild wings forgot my son's Mac and cheese which means Im in the kitchen making him food which is the reason why I ordered delivery in the first place!!!! Too, altho your traditional buffalo wings are good, ranch is horrible.
Other than it being chicken nuggets, there flavors are great!
Most racist bww they took our music from the jukebox and try to shut it off what is wrong with management if they do not like about spanish music juat block it from the play list they even brought put a little JBL speaker might as well have the jukebox off from the beginning
Came in, after 15 min later someone approched us to say the dinning area was closed, but we could sit at the bar area. As a party of 5, I asked if there were tables available. He kindly went to check, and said yes there area few. So before we went to sit we asked any table should be fine. He siad, yes. As we sat down, a few minutes passed the waiter camr to tell us she was holding the table for someone that was waiting outside for the table. As we got up she says there are more tables. There were just tables for 4 people. Not coming back to tgis location.

Order not fulfilled accurately. Ordered 15 BOGO of boneless wings with Thai Curry & Nashville Hot sauces. Came home to find 30 wings, all with Nashville Hot sauce. That was a huge bummer, since Thai Curry is actually my favorite sauce :(This is not the first time something like this has happened at this BWW location, so I'll try out the new Wingstop location in San Ramon next time.
Great wings great service definitely good food but be careful of the hottest wings they definitely are hot
We were told seat yourself. We sat and 15 mins goes by, waitress kept passing us up. So I asked the young man cleaning the table in another area. He apologized and said they only sat a big party in our area but that that area was closed. The waitress seen us several times and never bothered to tell us to sit in the other seating area to get service.
Bad experience.Imagine Buffalo Wild wings running out of 'Wings'. They literally have it in their name.I ordered traditional wings on the app and scheduled it for an 8:20 pm pickup. I had given close to 1 hour heads up.I reached there at 8:10 pm and when asked if my order is ready, the lady says ahe will check and get back in a minute she ia back and says they have run out of chicken wings!The worst part was when i asked when you cancelled the order, why was I not called at least, she says, you should have got an email, which I obviously did not. The app was still showing me that food is being prepared.I asked her what can you do to fix this, and there was a shrug saying, you can buy something else if you want! She was talking as if i should be happy i was not charged for the order!
