Steak came out surprisingly great. The bartender was rude af, but I’ve been a bartender for 7 years, and I get that it’s 10:30 and your about to close, but this white girl showed zero customer service when I was at the bar. Big RBF energy, but guess what. I understand. That’s why I still tipped her 20% on a $60 bill. But hey bartender, do better. I believe in you ;)

The dining experience was horrible. There was 6 of us. Half of us were served our drinks while the other half waited at least 15 minutes before getting their own. Meanwhile my raspberry lemonade spritzer that came out with the first group of drinks came out as sprite and raspberry, absolute no lemonade in the drink. So I had to wait with the other group for the correct drink. We had to ask for waters for the table during the wait. It's a wonder that we didn't leave because my younger niece made a joke " if they can't get the drinks right then what about when we put in our food?" Nonetheless, the food orders came out okay and in the end we were at least asked if we would like dessert. Our server seemed young so the older folks in the family chose to be understanding and patience. But we all agreed that this person needed more training and the service was horrible. Three people left with headaches, 2 of which had 1 alcoholic beverage each and are experienced drinkers. 1 had pepsi but ended up with headache, dizziness and palpitations as if something was in their drink.Needless to say I believe we've retired BJs from our list of restaurant options ? especially this location.

Come to this place because use another one in Tanforan plaza.Claim chowder soup was good but California chicken club sandwich was looks like bad sandwich with super salty french fries. I don think so i will ever try to come to this facility again even if i super hungry.

Showed up 2 weeks ago and told the kitchen was only selling pizza after 8pm. Went again tonight to find out that it was the same issue. Was told they can’t find staff to work in the kitchen. Ownership really needs to step in to solve the issue.Actually felt really bad for the bar staff when I went last time, as they were getting shafted on tips for 3 hours every night.

First time coming to this location..came in at 10pm.. host at door greeted me “yes??” Not hello.. but “yes?” How can I help you? had to wait 20 mins to be seated.. then to be told menu is limited.. at this point I was hungry and just needed some food I thought oh I can find something.. I went to use the bathroom.. and the bathroom was so disgusting! You can tell it’s been unattended for hours.. no toilet tissue cause it’s all on the floor..I should of known by seeing that bathroom I should of left then.. ordered and then hostess came back and said only serving salad and appetizers.. told me there’s nothing she can do.. I left.. never will I ever go to this location ever AGAIN.. if I could give -star I would.. I wish I would if taken a photo of the bathroom.. management you guys don’t close to 12am not sure why you close you kitchen at 10.. it’s a Saturday..

Loved the environment and the food, it was amazing?

I’m confused. During a time when every other restaurant is scrambling to find more outdoor space to keep their customers safe, BJ’s decided to shut their outdoor tables. Seems kind of backwards to me.

BJ's is now our weekend walk destination for apps and brews. Very tasty tap beers and delicious flatbread. Much improved from years past.

Service was great. Red Ale is my hubby's favorite which is why we visited today. I enjoyed the berry cider. For lunch we had appetizers to share. The BBQ sliders with fries, potatoe skins and poki. The sauce on the poki was WAY TO HOT for our taste. The sliders were AWESOME. Really crispy fries. Yummy cheese sauce on the skins. They were kind enough to remove the poki from our bill so we left that coat plus a tip for our server. Pay it forward.

My mother ordered the chicken wings with ranch and they were so good; coming from someone that’s not a big fried chicken/wings fan(chicken was juicy and fresh). I ordered the Parmesan chicken with mashed potatoes and replaced the broccoli with asparagus; very delicious and juicy. My waitresses were both very nice and they treated my mother extra nicely because it was her birthday ? I also love how spacious the restaurant is. Overall I had a great experience.
