Our family and friends came here for dinner on a weekday evening, and the food just weren't up to par with what I remembered from our last visit. I hope they bring back the all you can eat BBQ and offer different level or set of menu (A, B, C). Service was still okay.
This is not a buffet / eat all you can restaurant; you order ala carte from a menu. It's a fine Korean BBQ place. Quick service and attentive staff. Reserve your table ahead of time. Portions are not so generous. I'm not sure if they weigh the meat or just base it off the size of the guests. Refuse the table near the entrance and by the window during winter time. It's the coldest part of the restaurant and quite uncomfortable even with the portable heater on the side of the table.
Found this restaurant on our way from being out of town. I’m glad we decided to eat here. Everything was delicious and customer service was awesome!! We were seated right away. You can choose to order your food or cook yourself. We decided to order because we were too hungry to be cooking lol. The galbee was very flavorful!! Very good portion for the price. The kimchi rice was nice and fluffy rice. Oooooo the fried chicken wings were delicious… crispy, not too much batter and had the right amount of spice. Definitely want to try the other flavors they had for the chicken wings. They have a good amount of sides which they are willing to refill whenever you want more. Customer service was an A plus. Two people working the tables came by often to make sure we had what we needed and refilled our sides with no hesitation.I definitely would come back and 100 percent recommend this place.
Best fried chicken and Korean BBQ in the Bay Area.
Did not have a good experience. Came in for the Korean fried chicken, and the fried chicken they now serve is no longer Korean fried chicken. It's basically just fried wings with a sweet and spicy sauce. The service was absolutely awful. It took a server at least 15-20 min to get us glasses for the warm tap water that was in a bottle on the table. Asking for ice and you'd think you were asking for the till. Any time asking a server for something it seemed like we were a complete inconvenience.My recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere. It was definitely not worth the price that we paid.
Really disappointed. I found it as it advertises 'all you can eat'... My kids and I love to grill and experiment with different meats at the table. Well that's not available right now, even though the website doesn't explain that. You have to chose afrom a very limited set of options. I sucked it up, and chose the 'Beef Combo'. Well, outside of soup, sides and rice, we got 3 meats. They brought me a plate of 3 meats. 2 were sliced frozen meats with no marinade (think Shabu Shabu hot pot meat style) including one that was 'boneless short ribs' and then some marinated Kalbi. The meat was, well, plain and boring. $65 for a plate of 3 meats, frozen, and only one marinated?! Table service was poor. 3 of us, we asked for 3 rices, and only 2 initially came. Took 3 asks to get soy sauce and silverware. Was hoping this would be a good local Korean place (one of my favorite cuisine) but alas, I won't come back.
Bad experience on food and ownership.I ordered expensive galbi($38x2)but there was no vegetables, lack of side dishes and very late to deliver soup. After complaining a little, but the owner won’t shown up but waitress tried to give us warm only. No wonder there is no Korean customers even though this is Korean restaurant. They are not ready to serve foods yet. I do not recommend this restaurant.
I order bibimbob to go, it tasted so good. If you looking for Korean food. I recommend this restaurant.
This restaurant is excellent and roomy, the meals was enchanting and the rates were very economical. rapidly, effective service and very amiable staff members. I highly recommend this place.
The place serves big portions and for affordable prices. very nice staff. Will visit again.
