Eureka! We found the best "Post Shopping" restaurant around...after a couple hours at Hacienda Crossings...we walked in - seated promptly - very popular place...loved everything on the menu...and decided to try a Bowl and a Huge Salad and save room for divine dessert. We were planning to invite more pals to our next visit...Menu was very enticing - we swooned. Really good waiter.
Had some of the best service today that we've had in a long time. Our waitress was practically running taking care of half the restaurant. The manager was as well. The way they were hustling and from the quick service, you would not have known that they were completly full. Food is always great there but the outstanding service will bring me back anytime .
I love the food there. I took my little buddy here for a dinner date. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful.I saw the Applebee's staff go out of there way to accommodate an elderly couple with special needs. The couple was so grateful and could sit in a place they could easily get to.I personally witnessed Applebee's in (Dublin, CA) willing to go the extra mile.Happy to have witnessed such a sweet exchange between the elderly couple and the young people working that day.Lunch date this much $ but it's the memories you make that counts.
Our waitress was very attentive and did great however, While the service at this Applebees was good, their payment process sucks. They use the screens and you pay at your table. We had two machines and had to split our check on our own, which is fine except the two screens weren’t syncing. We ended up paying WAY more than we should have and we’re blamed for not tipping, even though we had. 10/10 do not go to this establishment.
The food was good, but I definitely got food poisoning (super diarrheal ?). Also, the carside to go didn't work efficiently. After waiting 10 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time I had to call the restaurant to bring our food out and it was very difficult to understand them over the phone.

The service was good but the food was just really really bad. Small portions, high prices, and sub par quality. I hadn't been to an Applebee's in about 10 years. There is no reason to ever go back.
Great customer service. Good quality food, exactly what you would expect from Applebee's. Wish our Walnut Creek Applebee's hadn't closed.
Coronita is a must try here!!Strawberry banana smoothie was like a refreshing bubble gum. I liked it.Loved crispy cheese bites. Only issue was that salt was a bit on higher side. Just a little less salt in it and it would be perfect.Shark bowl was very sweet. It was like cough syrup. Did not like it at all!Boneless wings with hot buffalo sauce were crunchy and spicy.Loved the ambience. Though service was slow due to holiday season and less staff, I still am glad to have tried this place.
Good food service was great nacho at the front desk checking people in was excellent also we had lily as a waiter constant check ups and great service would come back when in the area 100 percent
