I did a on-line order(5/8/22 @ 9pm) and was given a 30 wait time. I arrived a bit early, checked-in and I still waited 20 minutes past the given wait time. The wings where room temp and dry. The staff was young and spent more time laughing them doing there jobs. Big disappointment as I was a fan. Prices went up $2 also. Better wings options on Firestone don’t waste you time and money here.

I made an order online and when I got to the restaurant I was told they were understaffed. I understand that many restaurant are understaffed right now however, I waited almost 2 hours. The staff kept saying that they were waiting for fries. Once I received my order and got home the fries were old and cold. This restaurant is only 3 mins away, they should have not been cold. I was very upset because I had waited for almost 2 hours.

There good but extremely slow if you on a time limit defenitly not the place to go

I’ve never had an issue with the delivery I have gotten from this place. I have been here to eat in person and it’s always good service, the location is clean and just big enough for people to sit and eat. The wings are always great when I order in person and for delivery. Really satisfied with the order every single time nothing is burnt and nothing is too seasoned. I keep coming back to this location time and time again

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Every single time I come here the employees have such a bad attitude. I wish I could give zero stars. And of course there’s always that one employee that gives THE WORST attitude and does NOTHING.

This is the second time they completely mess up my order. I had called before coming in and the guy that answered hung up on me after I said I placed an order it was completely wrong, I wanted to confirm if I could take it back before walking in so I just decided to walk in.

The young man at the counter on September 22, 2021 about 9:15 PM was extremely rude and I felt like he was using his size to intimidate me. Big guy.The soda machine was not working and I asked them 2 times politely if someone can fix it because I had bought a drink and then when I was ignored both times I asked them for the third time, making note that it was the third time, if someone could still please fix the machine.The young man just stared at me and told me twice to fix it myself. And then he stared at me as if trying to scare me. Probably because he didn't like me bothering him after he ignored me twice.It was a pretty young girl that walked out and apologized and and helped me which I appreciated.But that young man, if he wanted his job badly enough, would not have spoken to me like that.

Made a order today at 3:00pm via mobile app.My order was scheduled for 4:30pm and was not ready until 4:50pm so they had me wait in the store for 20mins.They called me 5mins before to confirm my order so this tell me they did not start my order until I got there.I spent $90 on this establishment and feel embarrassed.On top of all this while waiting one of the employees through a towel on the floor and used her shoes to move the towel and clean a spill next to the soda machine then proceeded to clean the counter with the same towel!I am very disappointed in this location
