Good consistent food. Service is always good as well
They used to make lots of mistakes on my orders last year. I had to speak to managets and called corporate once even. They always made it right at the end and ever since they changed their staff, haven't had any error at all. Great food.
I’m currently here for dinner with my husband. Wonderful food, as always. We both got a Diet Coke to drink. I took one sip and knew it was regular. I went to the counter to let them know. One man just looked at me and disappeared. He came back and didn’t say a word. My hubby switched to tea. I poured out my drink to get Vitamin Water but saw it had sugar. I went to the counter and asked the person at the register (he was very kind, btw) if they had any other diet drinks. Ignoring man turned and said they were out of Diet Coke and turned his back on me. I asked if I could just get a refund. Ignoring man said loudly, “Don’t give her the money back, she already drank it.” ? I said one sip isn’t drinking it. He said to give me the money. Shocked at his behavior, I asked if he was the manager. He barked, “Yes I am.” And never turned around again. We won’t be back here. I have never seen a manager behave so badly.
It was horrible what I got!! Vegie burger the bread was hard and the meat was raw!! And the crispy chicken sandwich bread was hard chicken was cold and looked old did not look fresh , fries wore soggy and cold , it change alot its not the same habit burger I used to go ...
I highly recommend the Santa Barbara Burger!!!! I order mine with Bacon & Blue Cheese Crumbles.... YUMMY!
I ordered a Patty melt and a Char cheese Burger both well done the person taking the order repeated well done, it's on my receipt and yet we received uncooked burgers. This was the reason my wife did not want to go to Habit because this happened the last time we went. I finally convinced her to give Habit another try and they did it again. See pictures of my receipt with well done on both burgers and pictures of both burgers with uncooked meat. At least my dog ate good tonight. Looks like the only Habit we'll be doing in 2022 is not going to the Habit burger grill and we'll spread the word. In-N-Out burger here we come...
We ordered two impossible burgers today. Unfortunately they were undercooked. I didn't think it was possible for these plant based burgers to be undercooked but yup they were. It tasted mushy and it was awful. We did not finish them, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I ordered online, paid, and was ready to eat. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my food they told me they were closed, I explained that I ordered online and the app said my food was ready to be picked up. The worker told me that they didn’t make my food, I told them that I had already paid and they told me that I had to order a different time. I need a refund, please refund my card. This was a terrible experience and I will never be dining at the habit again. I will definitely tell all my friends and people I know about this horrible experience.
The grilled chicken sandwich here was horrible! The bread was soggy and something was wrong with the chicken, it was black in a spot. First and last time here.
