I like the quality of the drinks at coffee bean preferably over Starbucks. However there were 3 workers in the store and one of the trash cans was so full inside that stuff was falling out of it so that was kind of dirty looking and not very appealing. The young lady that took my order was a bit too shy.... maybe she was new I'm not sure but but the drink and croissant were good.

I ordered a Large Caramel and Cookies n Cream Ice Coffee at the Downey Location yesterday. It wasn't a long wait. A group of people was ahead of me. The staff person who took my order was very professional and nice. I received my drink within minutes. The inside was clean with a few people lounging. The drawback is the parking. It was packed due to being in a small shopping center with other business. Other than that I'll be going back soon. My experience overall was great. Kudos to the staff. ?
The staff is friendly and they gave me a great recommendation (I mostly drink matcha/Chai tea but wanted coffee today, Lizzy recommended a dark chocolate mocha latte and I'd definitely get it again).Quick service and clean, no drive thru btw.
I’ve recently started going to Coffee Bean, and have been very pleased with their vast menu options to accommodate people like me who don’t like caffeine. They have a great matcha drink and teas which helped me greatly when I was sick a few times. Also their decaf drinks are delicious and very well blended. I’m always content with every drink I order!
Cashier was not familiar with their enlighten options from their website. Ordered enlighten mocha but receipt showed regular mocha

This place never disappoints me. Their baristas know how make customers feel happy. Nice and kind staffs! One of the managers treated me so good when I couldn't use my gift card that day, because their internet issues. This is one of my favorite place!

I haven't been here in a minute and decided to stop by. The crew is amazing. I always get the I think it's called dream winter tea. Idk what it's called but it's like heaven in a cup
