If I could put 0 star I would, horrible experience, I went on Saturday, I ask for a Large Dark chocolate ice latte, and they gave me M, I ask the girl I wanted L and she just a changed the cup and added extra ice to filled the L cup. When I notice that I told her to please remove the extra ice she had add it, she remove all ice and left me with water down coffee. Never again coming back. This happen in drive thru. I wish I could have notice this at the time but when I tasted it was so nasty.
Better than Starbucks in my opinion and way cheaper. Love it
This place used to be my favorite before 10/2021. I moved. Seems like the customer service has gone down the hill. There is not a person to greet you or take your order when you come. Only if there's a line because they are already there and helping someone. If you are the first, you either have to wait a while or get their attention. If you get their attention they get snippy and have an attitude so beware. There were out of a lot of things so I wasn't able to order a drink while I was freezing. I asked the employee why it was so cold and she said she didn't know. I asked other people if it was freezing to them too and they said yes. At this point I didn't bother asking for a manager because clearly a good manager would be aware and fix all these things. I am generous giving two stars because it used to be a good place to come.
I always love the coffee at Coffee Bean. Would never hesitate to go there. My only complaint for this location would be the fact that their scanner for the app isn’t working. So you’re not able to get points.
When I went their app scanner was down & was disappointed. Their turkey pesto sandwich though, was yummy. I like their vanilla lattes.
This CBTL had the friendliest most beautiful employees! They may be masked (for now), but if you pay attention, they smile with their eyes and heart ❤! Just take a look at the note I got today on my delicious Hot Matcha ?!!!

We like to get our coffee and hot chocolate at the Coffee Bean shop. We also like their pastrys and their food items the one thing I enjoy the most is their matcha green tea latte on ice so good.
Love to drink Good Coffe amd today i had a delicious one well prepared
