I ordered 2 qrap platters and then a 3rd platter a week before my son's birthday party. When I picked them up there were only 2 players finished and they did not even look nice nor could I tell what kind of wraps they were. They were put on a bare platter not arranged in anyway. It just looked sloppy. Then I had to wait while the workers contacted the manager to make sure it should have been 3. I took the 2 platers and came back for the 3rd which made me miss the start for my son's birthday party. If you do decide to order catering here I would make sure they got the complete order before hand.

Amazing staff. Great place.

Need more help one person working and 7 people waiting! If your on lunch break it will be over by time you get out...

Management needs to staff more individuals per shift. 2 people to prep, serve, charge clean, man phones is overkill. They're doing their best but more staff per shift would definitely increase the quality.

Terrible inside and outside, got closed down by the food department for having mold next to the food storage, bugs in the back, they lie about the temps of the meats, and they fire anybody not adhering to their disgusting sub par standards. Please under any circumstance do not here or you may be sick.

My wife just bought a sandwich here, when I open it the first thing to came out was a roach alive

asked for a spinach wrap wasn’t even wrapped literally looked an open tamale, the girl redid it again but the girl gave me a tomato wrap instead of the spinach didn’t have enough veggies and chicken. Bad service don’t come!

The guys that service us on 6/26/21 we're high and don't know how to prepare a single sandwich and didn't charge us correctly and didn't asked us if we wanted to make them combo's so we left to go buy drinks and more food somewhere else I gave 1 star but they don't deserve it at all this happend at 9:30 pm

It's got what you already know you want

I went to this location on my lunch and it blew my socks off. I have never met such a friendly sandwich artist... I believe his name was Joseph. This hardworking Latino put his heart into my sandwich. Best tuna I have ever had! Joseph seemed to truly love his job scooping each clump of tuna with a pep in his step that really made my day. I hope to meet this young man again and maybe split a sandwich with him rewarding him for his dedication to his craft. Thank you for this experience. God Bless.
