Marissa was so kind and gave me my Frappé!!. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the previous starbucks i had gone to for my 50 percent off tuesdays for all of July! Thats the offer that starbucks gives if you’re a member but the starbucks on imperial and paramount didnt give it to me. I dont like to argue with them but i did let him know that i had the offer and he gave me this big bulcrap story and didnt want to give it to me. I went at around 6pm. So then i headed to the one on florence and Paramount and God bless Marissa who took my order through the drive-thru. I just really felt i had to give credit to whom credit is due! Thank you Marissa it meant alot!!

With how much coffee I consume, I was pleasantly surprised whilst visiting this spot. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whilst I browsed through the menu items- shoutout to Leylah in regards to the Iced Americano with Ristretto shots!
This location is busy dury certain hrs. I came in when kids were leaving school and it was packed. The staff does their best to get to you in a timely manner. Keep a eye on your order because kids will try to take them . I did witness 1 kid try but the staff told him something when he saw him try.
It's ok. Not the friendliest. Seems like when you're ordering something you don't know they get annoyed. Didn't even hear what i told them for my order. Disappointed. I'll be going back to one of my usuals next time instead
At this location in Downey at florence Ave and Paramount Blvd. I have had excellent coffee and skinny vanilla . Now with thier rest room avaiabilty , since there is one rest room that is avaiable for the public usage. I only go to that location and i only go there once in a while. I am glad that they help with the local food banks and yet they are support another cause that against my values and beliefs . I am for life and consider that values does matter in this day and age.
I asked the person who took my order at the drive trough to please make sure the oat milk was steam since adding it just cold to a hot coffee significantly cools it dow. What did I get? Not steamed milk which in return made for below lukewarm “hot coffee “ I should have just gotten an ice coffee instead. Thanks for ruining my lunch! Since this coffee is the only thing I was having for lunch today and it was supposed to keep me warm for the rest of the day at this cold office I’m working at today.
SO S...L...O...W... Took over 20 mins for a hot coffee and half and half. Avoid this place. Ended up asking for a credit!
It was a lovely way to start Christmas morning. Very friendly hard working staff. Delicious white chocolate mocha.
Went at 330pm plenty of associates not many customers. Made an app order, was suppose to be ready at 332p, waited an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes for 1 of 2 drinks to be made. Then waited at least 5 more minutes for drink #2. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't. There was 1 person manning the drive thru window, 1 refilling stuff, ONLY 1 making drinks for backed up app orders. It was horrible to watch. The poor guy was doing his best, while i saw at least 6 more cups to be made and maybe 2 associates who didn't look like they were accomplishing anything. I work retail stuff, you should not make your customers waiting that long with out even acknowledging or asking what we were waiting for. WORST experience.
