Total Dumbuckery. Ordered on the app only to find a sign on the door saying lobby is closed and mobile orders are at drive thru which had 30 cars waiting. Train your managers to shut off Mobil ordering if the lobby is closed.

The woman who took my order was superior! 10+stars. She asked my name and then helped me with my order. The line took longer than usual but overall was a great experience.

Just had the pumpkin cream cold brew with caramel inside and on top, and wow! Best Starbucks drink ever. Also tried the pumpkin loaf and pumpkin cream cheese muffin and OMG. ????
We love you - this is our local Starbucks we grab our chai or matcha lattes from you along with our pupaccinos for our pups , this month i lost my beloveth yosef my husband , and your team today when i asked to write my beloveths name on the cup of chai not only surprised me at the window with no pay as it was on the house but , you guys delivered me a message of hope , of COMMUNITY (come unity) and in this starbucks i want to let all my neighbors near or far know this location houses a family who loves and cares who is not here to do buisness but to do service for our city - we love you , we pray for your safety going and coming and we support you , downey family ???? ?
