Not only did I wait for a long long time at the drive-thru when I finally approached to place my order they were out of everything. I tried asking for 3 different drinks and they were out of several ingredients.
The WORST STARBUCKS to come to , THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING , the staff always has an attuide as if they hate their job. The Drink are either water down or just sitting their. they never have straws.
Very pleasant staff.Usually busy.Good service and products.
I love that everything is outdoors from ordering to picking up drinks and food. I like the outdoor patio with chairs and tables, it is just perfect for pandemic regulations. The drive-thru was moving fast and It was a busy day but employees manage to pull all the orders in a reasonable time.
We walked up to the window to avoid the long wait in the drive-theough. Still ended up waiting a ridiculously long time out in the cold! We ordered iced tea, and saw our drinks sitting there fir over 5 minutes before anyone came near a window yo actually give us the drinks. My son’s didn’t have the lid on right so his drink spilled all over his lap when he tried to take the first sip after we had driven away.
Every time i visit this location, they always seem to be out of something. First was “all out of caramel drizzle,” and then “no tea for the Honey Citrus Tea,” and then “all out of banana bread.” And the line is always terrible. I ordered a Chai tea LATTE and they just gave me chai tea (no latte/milk). Didn’t realize til I got home so it’s always a nuisance with this place.
The baristas here are nice and friendly even though it can be a busy location. NAY was super sweet and I appreciate her helping me the day of my visit. She made me feel like a valued customer indeed! This Starbucks is awesome
My order was simple and I was in and out! I walked up to the window.
Love coming to this location as the drive thru is a quick and fast pick up location.
