I called in an order. The guy taking the dirty money. Takes my payment and politely says i will bag that up for you. Never changed glove. Put plates(that im supposed to eat off)cheese, ketchup and utensils all with dirty digusting gloves. I was appalled. If he was so laxed how were the people Making the food. Yuk!
Haven’t had Shakey’s pizza since I was a kid.. thought I would give it a try. Ordered pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Very little pepperoni, cheese didn’t even cover the whole pie. Mushrooms were good. Disappointing experience. That’ll be it lol
Evelio was awesome very attentive and friendly with all my guest. Was checking with our party of 22 frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely come back. Keep up the great work Evelio and staff.
Great place! My family hosted our daughter’s birthday party. We had 40 people and the manager was able to accommodate. We even had a whole space to ourselves. Thank you Shakey’s for making our daughter’a day!!!!!!
Emelio the manager is amazing! He checked on our table throughout the evening and made sure to make us feel welcome. I’ve been coming to shakeys ever since I was a kid and to bring my daughter into such an inviting environment will make me return again. Thank you team for all your hard work and fresh food. The Downey team is the best!

Food is tasty and staff is always courteous. We always order the PCM medium, which is good for 4. It gets really busy here, so if you’re not dining in, call ahead or order online to save time. Also, parking is limited at this location. It takes a while to find a spot, even in the back.
This Shakeys needs to be shut down and. Remodeled. Horrible spacing , bathrooms are filthy and small . All they’re Vizio Walmart special tvs are discolored and going out . They have prizes and games from 1986. No ventilation!!! People blocking isles with strollers.HORRIBLE!!!!!STAY AWAY
This location is always clean and the employees seem to be helpful, the manager I'm assuming the man with blonde hair is in charge seems friendly & welcoming to visitors. I prefer this location over others due to its friendliness
I took 25 teenage kids for a birthday party last night and we all had a great time. The service was awesome and the kids all said that the pizza and mojos were the 'bomb'. I've been going here pretty much as far as I can remember and they never disappoint.
