I’ve fallen into the find the Best Berria trend And I think Señor Birria is it!From the Taco to the Mulita, the Nachos, the Quesadilla and Consume, the meet is super tender and super flavorful.!.!.
The tacos de birria are some of the best in socal. They also have the birria with Ramen which was surprisingly delicious. It's a little tough to find because it's in a corner of a strip mall but it's worth the effort. Will definitely be returning. Beware of the hot sauce, it's literally fire in your mouth.
Yea this is the spot for birria tacos you can hear the crunchy-ness out of each bite. What makes this place so good is the fact that they’ve learn how to combine there Birria with different plates of traditional food. Love it
I’m glad that BBQ place couldn’t help me because I found a hole in the wall gem ? @SenorBirriaThis place is located in the corner of a strip mall just outside of LA in #Downey #CAI knew it was promising when I saw a simple menu. The kind of place that specializes in one thing really good. Before I could order I was getting great reviews from their patrons waiting for their orders.In the time I’ve been here the door has been swinging open and closed with customers not even looking at the menu. I knew this place was gonna be good.The only problem is I have to work my booth tomorrow and can’t eat until the morning!! Torture at its finest! They where accommodating and packaged everything separate so I can heat it all up and make the #BirriaTacos in the morning. I also ordered a hard shell too for a #TacoDoradoI couldn’t wait, it smells so good! So I had to do some criminal activity and chew on a sample of everything and spit it out.. I can’t have anything in my system or I’ll be spastic at my booth tomorrow.. I was right it’s a gem ? the meat melts almost like a slow cooked beef tongue melts. Very tender and the flavors are on point.The salsa is on point too. It has a spicy kick but it’s subtle enough to taste the flavor of the dried chilies ? they used. Red onions and cilantro is a first that I’ve seen in a restaurant. I’ve done it at home before. It works here perfect.When you combine it all into a bite they become a separate flavor on its own. My husband had me yelp this place. I am glad I did. But he ordered and ate more food than I wow ? But guess what……….AWWWWSOME food ., tortillas are freshly made, everything is fresh and even their waters (Jamaica, horchata) are not too sweet like other places they are fantastic., location is very clean and their customer service is great ?????? We Will be coming back.

Hard shell birria tacos w/the consome is the way to go, service is great.
Great customer service. The birria was pretty legit too. The consumer was just perfect. Definitely will come back to try the fries.
