my only issue with this place is that the chicken is very small but it also means the meat is very tender and delicious. service is very good and everyone is so kind. they even gave us extra because I kept ordering more since we kept eating everything. The sweet potato fries are really delicious! For once boneless wings are so good over the bone in. The boneless has something about their texture... maybe its that honey sauce but I was just popping in one piece after another.
Place is amazing every thing is tasty and I can not get the lemon pepper seasoning out of my mind. The wing combos are the tried and true meal but the sandwich (sando) is really tasty and filling. Theres also the special deal with the drumsticks which is insane. Every meal is way worth the price. The honey mustard here is better than anything I can find in markets and it just fills a hole in my heart. I appreciate the staff. Quality never fails and always welcoming. My go to in Downey.

I paid >13 dollars for six flat wings the size of my thumb. The fries are premeasured in small portions and over salted to the point of being inedible. The pickled radish seemed off. An expensive and very unsatisfying meal. Next time, wingstop- this place won’t last.
This place looked new so decided to try it out, and to my surprise staff was friendly and food was great. I especially liked the lemon pepper boneless wings and the garlic fries. I will be coming back. Thanks Running Chicks!
I got the combo of lemon pepper and sweet & spicy boneless with fries and a milk tea. Hands down the best place to get your wings!! Big portions with a lot of flavor! A little pricey but it’s worth it! 10/10
At first glance you wouldn't take notice of this place, however i had the opportunity to try Running Chicks. It is absolutely stellar, while there isnt many options the options they did have were amazing! They have 3 wing flavors, Sweet and Spicy, Soy Garlic, and Lemon Pepper. All which are just phenomenal! Very affordable prices for such a delicious meal. Very welcoming and cleanly a place i would highly recommend!
Saw this place on Facebook, decided to give it a try. Employee at the front was friendly and great service. Chicken wings tasted great. A little different from the other spots. Reasonable price, will be back.
