Not impressed. I wanted to give this place a try after seeing the long lines at the drive thru and their dinning area soaring with customers. I imagined; judging by the amount of cars and people coming to this place, that it would be something similar to Chick-fil-a or in-n-out; not even close. The chicken fingers and fries lack flavor and consistency. They were both flat out bland. The best part was the cole slaw and the toast. I'd choose KFC over this place if I'm in the mood for fried chicken/chicken fingers, plus KFC has a way larger menu. I give it two stars: 1 for the friendly staff and 1 for the affordability.
Apparently this ain't just a ordinary fast food spot that's open late. I arrived to the drive thru at around 1:00 am with about a dozen cars ahead of me. To my surprise, in less than 10 mins I was already at the window picking grabbing my order. I recommend this spot for good food and late night eye candy. But you didn't hear that from me . PEACE
So glad you have people taking orders in line. It moves much faster now....The only thing was ,they didn't complete our order. Which we checked in the line. And mentioned we ordered a extra toast. So they need to slow down, and make sure the order is complete. But, other then that. Wonderful experience with the drive through now.?
The drive thru is always packed, but it moves relatively quickly. The staff is really nice tho. If u order the gallon of lemonade there's a bit of a wait, like they're squeezing lemons for every gallon, and it's worth the price and wait. When I go there I order the caniac, chicken fried crispy with a lemonade. The sauce is key with just a touch of horseradish. Makes the dish! Taste with the sauce!
For a long time, I had wanted to try the very "famous" raising canes chicken fingers. and honestly I was expecting a different taste than other fried chicken restaurants. but well far away a special flavor or something different. the chicken fingers without flavor... the fries are cold the only thing but just as flavorful as any coleslaw... the Texas toast tastes good and the famous canes sauces mmm... nothing to impress, it was my first and last time. Buying this food again I expected something more special. and I don't know what makes it so special, for my part I give it a 5 from 1 to 10
While the chicken tenders, sauce and bread are delicious and I enjoy them so much, I got to find another restaurant to get my chicken tenders. 3rd time's a charm, or actually, you're out. Whomever thinks that sitting to eat a meal in a VERY loud environment, where one can't possibly have a pleasant experience, let alone a conversation, on top of having to raise our voice just to be able to place the order, is absolutely NOT even near my concept of enjoying a meal. This loudness is the reason I went to that Hard Rock Cafe years ago ONCE, and never set foot, nor considered going again.I had to get my chicken tenders packed to go. If I got to eat a cold meal, I might as well have a fruit smoothie.
4 stars for flavor of the chicken sandwich. That’s about it. Every other single measurable attribute of this location is 1 star. Wait time, customer service, cleanliness, efficiency, etc. Next time I’m going to Popeyes and simply picking up a thousand islands with a packet of paprika, bam. Time is money. Thanks.
Excellent tender and juicy chicken stripsum umm delicious. Better than KFC for sure.
All these places have a long line at their drive thru..we always call in our orders and go in to pick up. Their pick up order system needs improvement, but the food is good.
it's a good place to eat chicken for the kids
