My husband and I are always looking for boba spots wherever we go. Came across this one on Google and we loved it! My favorite part were the fluffy and delicious creme brulee--Japanese souffle pancakes! Be ready to wait a while for pancakes--we waited 30 minutes, but it was worth it! We also got the taro witch matcha in the plastic souvenir container and the cheesy strawberry which has a salty mousse swirled in. The girl at the front counter was very friendly and had great recommendations.
This place is delicious! I discovered Prinkipia Coffee & Tea Room on google and decided to try it out with my friends. We went during a Friday morning, so the place wasn't completely packed. Some people were already there when I arrived and several people came and went as I ate there.
Great customer service,
Last Monday I was in mall and I asked one of the workers what time do you close tomorrow night because I get off at work 8pm, which would be Tuesday night, and they said 9pm. Well I got out of work on Tuesday and race over there. I got there about 8:40 in hurry to the kiosk and see the young woman counting out the drawl. I ask them if they are closed? The girl hesitates and then says no and I'm starting to order my drinks when she says that I could get stuff from self serve section and that the drink part was closed. I said but you close at 9 and she just said but not for drinks...I thought this was a drink place. So as I walk away I look back and the man that is working with her tells her why did you say we don't serve drinks and she just shrugs her shoulders and says to him well we are already closing out. And then they see me looking at them and she got a scared look on her because she didn't know I was still listening. So I ended up running to the other end of mall to get a boba. The were still open and happy for my business. I will never go back to Prinkipia for the fact that if they don't need my business then I don't need their service. I appreciate great customer service above anything because those are the places that deserve my business. If I was the owner of this place I would really work on training these people on not be lazy and learn what customer service is. In a competing world this is key: Customer Service.
