Where do I start? First time here… great service, excellent food, clean and spacious restaurant! The best poke bowl, EVER! Highly recommend!!!
Pleasantly surprised! Haven't had poke in a long time. Stopped by on my lunch break just before the rush. Ordered some spices tuna, tuna, and salmon as my protein on a bed of salad and brown rice, with some spicy mayo for some added kick. Delicious! It was filling in a good kind of way. Great dish, would come back again!
I am not one to write negative restaurant reviews although I felt this post necessary since I did not receive a reply to my email to management.I had an unacceptable experience at the Downey Location and received unwelcoming service.The service provided felt passive-aggressive and inconsiderate to the customers. I am pretty patient at most times but this time around I did not feel like I got my money's worth.In addition to the service, the food was sloppy and did not feel well prepared. The rice seemed stale and the sides provided were completely mixed together; for example, there was corn and jalapeno mixed in with our sides that we did not ask for.The experience provided was not worth my money and I will not be continuing business with this restaurant.
I love this place. I'm a regular, I'd give it a thousand stars if I could but the service I got today when I called made it horrible. I was calling to ask a question and I called multiple times and they would answer and hang up. I called again and a young lady answered and said "we're no taking phone orders today" and I told her it was rude that I was hung up on before with disregard of what I wanted to ask, and she HUNG UP ON ME. So rude. It really sucks when a place is good but the service is awful. Management should really pick up on it.
Ordered a chicken wrap that contained mostly lettuce and hardly ANY CHICKEN. Not the first time it happens

First and last time going ?♀️???? ordered a Spanish chicken bowl with white rice, paid $15.35 practically just for a lb of white rice. My bowl was extremely messy, chicken was really dry and too much rice.
Dude I spent $40 on two bowls…and they barely put any meat. It’s like 65% pure rice. It was good, they go light on sauce and meat, so definitely not worth all the money I spent. Wouldn’t go back tbh, if it was cheaper maybe. Also no eel sauce was a killer ?
