I called in for a large pizza and pasta. Was charged $1.95 "Service Fee". That i was never told about, until i went online and saw they are been sneaky and charging California residents these hidden fee's. Talk about underhanded tactics. If that is the way they treat customers. They just lost another. P.S. these fee's go to the company and not the employee's.
Hire people who want to work and not stand around BSing and actually bring your curbside order to you not make you have to get out and come in to pick up your order
The manager was so friendly and nice. I will be back to this location due to his service. The pizza was made perfect.
The delivery driver was really polite and nice
I would recommend Pizza Hut to friends. My only issue was the Curb-pickup. It did not work for me. I had to go inside to pick up my pizza.
How hard is it to get a darn pizza from here?!? 1pm on a Sat and they keep telling me they've run out of every I want to order. SERIOUSLY?? A PIZZA PLACE WITH NO PIZZAS??? Also, when you call, you have to go thought like 5 minutes of pizza ads telling you all the things you won't be able to order! Then another wait for someone to pick up!!! Go to Pinas Pizza down the street! Better tasting, service, and it's here already!!! Still waiting for Pizza Hut to answer.
I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. App said it take two hours to deliver. Two hours past and still no pizza. Tried calling the place and no answer. Now I'm out money and food.
Pizza would be delivered at time specified by your company .Pizza would be hot,not warm.The crust would be crisp.It appeared the pizza was cooked to quickly and bottom crust needed longer in oven.
Online order was convenient for me. I was on my way home from the mall and picked up my order along the way. Told them my name on the order, gave me my order, in and out in less than 5 seconds. Service Supreme.
We love this place . Pizza Hut in florence ave always delivers fast and take there time in finding my place witch is hard to find sometimes . They always call if the need to 100 stars for sure! Happy Customer ?
