Takes just as much time as eating at a sit-down restaurant. Never listens to your order, always missing something.
Food has always been good. The problem was when the order taker was cleaning up for the night and had the nerve to pick up the rugs and walk right back k to the food packing area and handle orders never washing her hands! Luckily I had someone else pack my food, but this will be my last time ever coming to this location!
So delicious! Loved that I caught the .50 cent wontons Wednesday. Only got 6 but really shoulda got more! The brocolli was a little funny tasting but overall a very delicious lunch that I craved since vegas locations are limited.
Food is disgusting! First and last time. Not a fan of panda express but rather have panda. That's how bad it is. It should be named Drop it sucks!!!
Ordered the family meal, was not given the usual big tray with 5 compartments (easier to cover and serve)- just given tiny boxes. The worst thing was the House chicken (which I normally love) the house chicken was BURNT, it smelled like burnt and tasted like burnt. I had to throw it in the trash (the orange chicken was amazing) seeing as I had to toss out my House chicken, Will not buy again from this location.
Leorda was unpatient and rude, besides that she didn't take my order right.
I live in Arizona and we don’t have this restaurant, not at least anywhere near me. So when I come visit in Norwalk I come here at least once each trip I take. The food never disappoints. It is always hot, high quality and tastes fresh. Their orange chicken is heavenly, like insurmountably better than Panda Express or anything you buy in stores. Their shrimp is good quality and really tasty too. I like their rice, spring rolls and the noodles. Everything I’ve ever had here was delicious and satisfactory. Wish we had one close by where I live! I’ve dined in and done take out as well, when I got take out the food was still hot and just as good as it is as eating it there.
I am giving THIS Pick Up 5 stars ⭐️, not for the food. It is a fast food restaurant so nothing much to say about that. I am giving them a 5 star for the OUTSTANDING Customer service I received while dinning there… I was greeted by Alfredo or Alfonzo ( please forgive me for not remembering his name), the new manager. He greeted me with a smile, let me know proximately how long my order would, and checked on me half way through my meal. Businesses just don’t offer service like that anymore… Once again thank you for the great services..
First time trying Pick Up Sticks.I was SO in the mood for a hot, savory wonton soup. I ordered a Large size and literally got ZERO WONTONS. I got about 13 pieces of broccoli though...Cashier was super nice, but waiting 15min for soup and then not getting the main ingredient is pretty upsetting.
I ask for the cream cheese wonton and she said 3 for 4 something with tax . I said why if it’s 2.99 and she just respond you want it or not. The person behind me was told it was a 20 min wait so she left. She was mean and I will never come back
