This place is a joke, they have only two guys operating non stop orders and they forgot about our order. We been sitting her for 45 minutes waiting for our food. The real Philly cheesesteaks can whip out non stop cheesesteaks in less than 5 minutes with just two guys. What an embarrassment on poor service. Last time I will eat here.

Definitely one of the Southland's best sandwich joints. Excellent casual date place.
Manager is rude for no reason. There was a small confusion about an order and he got hostile like I wanted to steal even though I was standing there with my card in my hand ready to pay for food that was already paid for. They could keep that food. We ended getting a refund. Never again.
Customer service is great and so is the food. Overall a great place to pick up a lunch or a good kick it spot to eat at!

Despite being empty at the time I was in the area I was curious. I had great service here yesterday, I was given a complimentary cup for a soft drink and didn’t even ask, they were just being very welcoming. The phili sandwich was just super juicy, flavorful and filling. I will be back to try other items from the menu in the future for sure. ??
NOT ASIAN FRIENDLYOne of the workers here couldn't contain their laughter at the sound of a common Asian name, I had to point out how rude that was when everyone else working there saw it as acceptable.This store is in a diverse city with a large portion of it being Asian. If you can't do your job without laughing at or mocking your customers, I no longer wish to give this place my business.
