Had a great experience at this spot. I showed up at about 3pm today and one lady was running the entire store. Although she was hustling at making orders her customer service shined through. She greeted us and grabbed our order with a positive attitude and a friendly manner. I wished I could have gotten her name. Our order came out perfect. Thank you and keep up the amazing customer service!
Placed phone order at 7:46pm.Order was delivered at 9:10 pm.One extra large cold pizza was delivered.Before delivery a call was made to papa johns to ask about delivery status.There was no answer. Then i was directed to new orders. I explaind their was no answer at the store. And that was why i was talking with them.The new order person was not helpful at all very unconcerned with my inquiry.When i asked the delivery person why this delivery was so late.He just said sorry and left.Papa johns has always been my favorite. But with this type of treatment no thanks,PAPA JOHNS SUCKS!!!.
If I could I would rate this pizza place zero stars out of five . the customer service is really bad and unprofessional. I ordered a large pizza and waited about two hours and the pizza never came I called them and they told me my order information such as phone number , full name and address they said that my order was taken but the pizza was never made I found this very unprofessional and asked to speak with the manager when I began to speak with the manager she spoke with a rude attitude as if I was the problem. she claimed that she was in charge of the orders and my order was never placed which made no sense because they told me my information and my order I decided not to argue and just hang up and write a review they left my kids two hours hungry never again ordering from this place
When I was younger I always thought Papa John's was a treat. Then somewhere in my late teens and early twenties the quality changed. Just recently I tried Papa John's again. And they have started to take more pride in their ingredients again. To top it off the cashier helping me at my local spot was polite and friendly. Customer service is a lost art that can really impact somebody's day on both the customer and employee side. Be kind to each other out there
Terrible crust! It is paper thin, if you are lucky. I have been going here for years, but in the last 2 months the pizza is terrible. I gave it a few tries just in case I got a mistake, but all 3 have been horrible. Just go to another pizza place! Save yourself. I will not be back.
I tried to call tonight to complement this store for excellent service, the ability to pay cash, better quality food, and a much improved experience overall. I guess the phone number isn’t working. I had some issues with this location in the past, long wait times, cold or tasteless food..etc. but today everything was a great. I don’t know if it’s management, staff, a recipe change or all the above, but Keep up the good work!
Called to place an order. The guy told me they will deliver in 35mins, pizza never arrived i then called an 1hr later and the guy “transferred me” to front desk and they never answered. Called like 10times. Point is we never received our pizza!
Service is terrible. Add 30-45 minutes to the time they give you. I don’t think they start making your order until you arrive to pick it up.
Worst customer serviceCan’t place a phone order, no one answers the phone calls, can’t even get a hold of a representative.
I feel bad for the employee who was there for the shift in which I ordered my pizza, but there was only one employee there, doing al the work and my pizza was pretty badly burned. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but yeah, I couldn’t even finish it. I’m sure this employee did their best, and I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but this was a huge waste of money all because one employee was trying to juggle all of the work. I’m going to start ordering from a different location next time.
