The only reason why I'm giving two stars is for the simple reason that I am so sick and tired of repeating my order more than once sometimes even four times just to make sure that they get my order right and soon as I get my order everything's wrong it doesn't matter which McDonald's I go to it's always the same thing my orders are always wrong.
Attempted to leave this on their customer feedback...I was that disappointed that I went past their 1200 character limit.This is the second time I have gone to this location and have interacted with this particular manager who has no issue speaking to everyone (employees and customers) in a demeaning manner. He is incredibly insensitive and cold. As someone with a high anxiety issue, I dread having to walk in to this location and was disheartened to see him still working in a position that requires more tact and perspective. I refuse to return to this location--which puts McDonald's trips to being unlikely since there are no other locations as convenient as this one had been. Normally I order through the app to avoid social interaction on account of my anxiety in public settings, however my 6 year old was keen on using her Arch Card she received for her birthday and that had to be done in person. After not having my order read back to me by the seemingly new and poorly trained cashier, I was charged incorrectly (even after pointing out that the price seemed odd for my order). When I asked to have my order read after coming across a payment issue, I realized an item I did not order was added in. The understandable inconvenience of voiding my order had to be done and I repeated my order again. By the time I finished repeating the order, the manager (04/27/2022 at 5:44pm) says in the most demeaning and embarrassing tone "It's over $10. You only have $10 on your gift card, do you even have enough to cover the difference?" My issue was resolved but at the expense of my emotional and mental well-being...it is a McDonald's, why is my emotional and mental well-being even at stake?!Upon receiving my order the 2nd order of fries was missing and I was able to remind the cashier and get that resolved, but as we returned home, my daughter realized her milk had not been included.Maybe train your leadership team in dealing with the customers in a more civilized and welcoming tone rather than a degrading meanor. I wish I was able to remember his name, but I'm fairly certain the same comment I left previously regarding went unnoticed, as will this one.
I try to remind myself to NOT go to this McDonald's. But I get in a rush and forget. I can order something quite simple and somehow they will get it wrong. When I've ordered through UberEATS they've picked up from there and you guessed it, there is something wrong. The last time I went there I ordered a ice cream cone, it was around 3pm. The took the order. We get to the window after waiting in a long line just to tell me the ice cream machine is not working!!! Lol wow!
Not all reviews are typical...After a bout of food poising at Disneyland the night before I had to get my Uber driver (enroute to LAX) to get me anywhere to alleviate my stomach of stress. It was 4:15am and the restaurant was open for drive thru only but not to the public. The store manager could see the pain in my eyes and let me in the use the bathroom when it was literally my only option... Bravo to the store manager for letting me in to use the bathroom, if the food gets as much love as the manager gave to this human then the restaurant is a 10/10..Thank you!
They need more personal the waiting for the for the food takes a longer than usual.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had, I ordered in the self service machine, I did the payment but it didn't give me my receipt or my order number; talked with the manager to solve the issue, she said that I should be wait, ok I did it, after 15 minutes talked to her again and said me that I should be wait cause the order wasn't ready, ok I did it again, 10 minutes after and my order never wasn't ready, 25 waiting for a breakfast and a mocha that I didn't never take it
Food was good. Needed more ketchup ?
Currently, this location has been getting the orders wrong... Twice i have been here in the evening and twice the order had to be corrected. Not sure of the reason for that, but hopefully that will resolve. The food not as hot as it could be when served. This location was better earlier in the year. Not giving up on it.
The service was okay all the young staff was too busy talking to each other as i kept asking to order a large drink. They only had 3 orders on the screen. I went around 6am the dining area was closed. I stopped by around 11am and the seating area was open. Both soda fountains were closed. You need to retrain them or hire new staff. The parking lot needs a good cleaning as well. The bathroom was a mess.
Same as the rest of MC Donald’s , a little cleaner and nice people, avoid rush hours, you’ll be sitting in the driveway for 30-45 minutes
