This McDonald's on the corner of Atlantic and Artesia was so filthy inside. There was trash on several tables and it wasn't McDonald's. It looked like pizza boxes and the kids that attend the school frequent this fast food place should have some respect and clean up their mess. I have never seen such a dirty dining area. Plus, the bathroom had water all over the floor and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
I used to have good rapport with this McDonald's. In the past they've always been open according to the hours of operations posted on their door, website& Google Maps. I'm visiting from out of town and headed out early to get to work. Now all of a sudden they want to say they open at 6:00 by hand signals from behind the counter but the door clearly still says they open at 5:00 a.m. daily. I'm aware that it's Saturday but just like they do I've got to get to work at a certain time and I don't appreciate a wasted trip to McDonald's for no reason and the attitude that I was given about the matter. I was here no more than 2 weeks ago and they were open at 5:00 a.m. so they can't try and say that it's about covid restrictions and if they want to change their opening time to 6:00 a.m. then they need to do so and post it on all three platforms. Thank you I'm not lovin' it!
Order 2 happy meals because they are “giving” the Mario Kart toys. I asked if they had them available, the drive through girl even said yes and we didn’t receive them. Instead we got other toys . Also all staff seemed lazy like if they didn’t want to be there.
This place was a disappointment. The girl over the intercom seem like she didn't want to be ther We asked if they had the mario kart toys in stock and she said yes. We order two kids meals and they both didn't have the mario kart toy. The hamburger where hard and seem old. People here seem they lazy.
If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star… charged me a crazy amount for a wrong order. Didn’t give me the correct refund. Charged me for my actual order on top of that and didn’t give me the correct food. Frustrating. I called and the manager was nice but so unprofessional.
Horrible been years since I been at a McDonald's and it was Horrible I thought you can't mess up a chicken sandwich ? ? nope. But 1 star for the fries ? they were decent but the soda had no syrup the food was sooo nasty

My form of payment was not accepted at that McDonalds store location.So, I didn't eat.I did buy a Lg. Coca Cola soda pop.
Order # 270 took over 5 minutes to make one quarter pounder with cheese in the walk in and ordered unsweetened Ice Tea and got sweet tea SERVICE IS VERY BAD at this McDonald's
