One of the cooks at this McDonald/s has taken the idea that she can just prepared hamburgers any way she feels like it I ordered one hamburger thinking it would have all ingredients , to my surprise I took one bite and realized this cook just put a load of ketchup and skipped all other ingredients. Then one lady worker was probably assistant manager tried to give me the third degree for requesting to prepare my hamburger according to protocol. As a paying customer I expect to have orders done correctly.
They don't offer a ice cream past 12am boo. Also, we barley got cookies. We ordered the last 7 lol
It gets crowded and you always have to double check your order before you leave and make sure you pay attention when they read back what you ordered
I never had a problem at this McDonalds until today. I went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. I usually dont mind going in and just getting my order, but the cashier charged me the wrong things. The manager was the one to look at my receipt and still had the audacity to say he was doing me a favor by not charging me some couple extra cents! He approached my brother and I as if we made the mistake. It was not my fault they couldn't follow a simple order! I am surprised he is even a manager; very unprofessional and rude from the manager! Better off at the boba place next door!!!
At first, the employees gave me wrong order, & when I got my correct order the inside of the patty was completely pink & slimy! I would NOT recommend eating at this location.
I was quite impressed with the efficient, and timely service in the Drive Thru. I would have given 5 Stars, because the Sausage w-Egg Biscuit was warm, and delicious. I deducted 1 Star because the Cashier initially short-changed me by 1 dollar, I had to remind him that I paid with a 5 dollar bill, plus change to warrant $1.07 Change. He apologized, and quickly gave me my correct change, and then I moved forward to the 2nd window, where the young man advised me that my Bacon w-Egg Biscuit was ready, and I handed him the receipt to explain that I ordered a Sausage w-Egg Biscuit. He turned to the Kitchen, and was advised that it was indeed a Sausage w-Egg Biscuit. The young man apologized for mis-speaking, and politely handed me my food. I checked the bag, and then drove off. A Five Star Opportunity was missed by my FAVE McDonalds location.
This restaurant drive thru was quick and efficient Laryssa was very polite and patient with my big order thank you Laryssa for your patience!!
This location on there drinks are not to good McDonald’s Mangements needs to check on there soft drinks more on the cokes plus there always new employees they don’t know how to be nice to customers they say bad words on the time I was there they was playing around when thrr we y have young manger and even young mangers don’t know how to respond back to there customers plz be aware management needs to put experience employees with good response to speak to there customers with respect….
