I bought a hazelnut ice coffee and it was the worse i have ever bought in a McDonald's.Well to start I feel like this location needs better training in the drive thru, not only they take forever plus infinity, their attitude is depressing and the ice coffees are horrible made. Like I mentioned i bought a hazelnut ice coffee and when I got it i thought looked a little too light but I thought it was because it wasnt shaked. To my surprise after driving off I shaked it and drink some and the taste was there but so did a lot of milk and no coffee at all. Horrible I threw away my $3.00
This is another place you should pass up when you're hungry after hours.They've always got some reason why they don't have what you want. It's always,"The ice cream machine doesn't work, or our system is shut down til it re-boots,Then there's, "Cash only,No Cards!" They must not want to be bothered, or just don't care about customer satisfaction.If they did they would go out of their way to achieve satisfaction. Because back in the day CUSTOMER SATISFACTION was always#1.
If i can give 0 stars i would. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too, i went in with my son and 2 brothers to "eat" here when we arrived it was empty we where the only ones there ... It had been 20 mins and still haven't received my order! We asked about it one staff said no order came in , then another one said my order will be out soon , Will never step a foot here again ! Wasted 30 mins there for nothing !
Horrible. This is easily the worst McDonalds in Downey. Kids are rude af and consistently mess up orders. They give you major attitude when you ask them to correct. Go to the South Gate or Paramount blvd location.
They need an adult manager that knows how to manage this restaurant they are young kids working here and they don’t care giving you wrong orders bad attitude I remember when I use to work here this place was better hope they change management
I went today to McDonald’s and I order a Big Mac and this has. Cinnamon rolls in the Big Mac bun.
Horrible on Christmas day it took over an hour to get my order. Drive thru was long so I decided to go inside. Everyone complaining of something. I should have asked for a refund after 30 min. My order was not correct. Missing 2 Mc chickens. They should have been more prepared and organized. I know it was a bad idea to go to Mc Donald’s but never thought it would take an hour . 30 or 35 min is understandable.
Horrible costumer service! Made an order online and came to pick up and nobody answered. They close at 12am. I made my molder at 8pm. The employees didn’t answer either to cancel the order. Was there waiting for 30 minutes to not even get the order
This location needs to stop hiring kids as a very busy location and they don't know how to keep up with the orders the restaurant does not need to be closed because they're backed up on orders they just need to be a more efficient and faster management needs to do something about it
