I was surprised at the J.J.'sIn south gate, on Firestone and Garfield. In the evening...That they 'ran out of bread.I've been back since, with no problem. (It couldn't happen twice again, right?)
I got the Jimmy John version of a Cuban sandwich it was horrible It pretty much was a ham Sandwich with bacon on white bread It was not hot it was not pressed or anything you called this a Cuban sandwich I will not be going to Jimmy John's again I'm disappointed
Was disappointed with the food, my sister reccomended this place. They have great service, but I was let down by the taste it wasn't up to my par. I like eating at places that the food makes me want to come back to, because it's delicious and clearly this isn't the place.
Customer service could be better
Customer service is unacceptable and inappropriate. The staffs spoke about the date they had a night before, ignoring customers standing in line.The manager is rude and unprofessional when asked to help. I will never step my foot in that place anymore.
I showed up today around 7pm and I order a kickin chicken. They forgot to Gut the sandwhich so I asked them to correct it. And they fixed it right away. Thank you.

I placed a mobile order for 11:30 am and I got a notification on my phone through the app that it was done at 10:58??? When I got there at 11:25 I asked them about it and they said it was fine so I trusted them . When I finally got home the sandwich I didn’t think too much of it and ate it . I couldn’t even finish the sandwich from how soggy the bread was . I was disgusted . So I threw it away , later that day I started to feel horrible . Fever chills and i was throwing up . That was the only thing i had eaten the whole day I used to love jimmy johns now I don’t think I’ll ever go back and I won’t let anyone I know either.
