I give them 5 star because every time order from the app I start the order when I get to the drive thru order box and I ask for me food to please by cooked fresh and they always doI tell themBecuz I have to take a 10 min drive before I can eat so that way the food can be at least warmAnd always with no problem ? they do
Just had a bad experience tonight with the drive -thru. I went for a large iced coffee before starting the graveyard shift. A car at the window sat there for at least 10 minutes while the cars behind me wrapped around the store. It took so long that I left the car and came into the store to ask for a manager, but they just told me that they were under staffed and the manager won't be in until Tuesday.
JACK-IN-THE-BOX.Not the best of places I want to visit.Especially after hours.During the late night hours they've hit maybe 2 workers doing everything. The drive-thru line circles around the building.The wait is 20/30 min. long.Then at the end, I don't care for their food AT ALL.It's usually cold, hard, & the beef tastes like "Gaming-Meat"!! It doesn't matter which one you go to, their all alike. I suggest, if you're hungry late night, consider RALLIES or DENNYS.They've got to be a step above the rest.
Slow to take your order, pay for a separate order which was 2 combos and a drink with fries. But to my surprise no fries. Saw reviews of the other Jack's further down Imperial in Downey and decided no to go there. But this one. Idk, could be a Sunday post mass thing. Not religious myself but take care of your employees if there's one that's like hungover or sleeping taking orders and messing them up isn't great.

I ordered breakfast for my family from here today and what delivered was really cold and soggy, as if it was made an hour prior! Such a disappointment..the courier company was informed but they were not able to refund my order-Pro tip: try multiple agents to resolve the issue

There racist!!! There won't be no one in line or drive thru an they won't take your order !! Don't even speak English.. There horrible need a whole new work crew.
Forget ordering food during the late night/early morning hours at this location. I got caught up in the drive thru FOR 1 FULL HOUR! They do have walk in open 24 hrs, but it's no better. I would give this location no stars if possible.
