We ordered sliced salad, dumplings di zuca (Squash Tortellini) and Verde lasagne. The salad was very good and my husband said his lasagna was ok. The tortellini were Too salty, almost inedible as you can tell they were topped with his big grain salt which almost ruined the dish. I ordered two different white wines by the glass and they weren't good at all (in fact, I wrote that one back, it was that bad). It was also too hot - not sure if they even have air conditioning. We decided to cut down on stealing and dessert passes. Definitely overpriced for what you get. The service was very attentive.
March 9 ordered drive thru and they got my order wrong, went back inside store to have ordered corrected. A couple of days later when check my bank account they charged me twice. I called to have my money refunded and after a call and a visit to restaurant manager has not been there, and people incharge tell me they can't do a refund.
I do not recommend coming here at night. They take forever to both take and serve your order. They'll even mess it up even after taking so long
I hate going here but it is the closest to me. If I could give no stares I would. They always get our orders wrong.
This was the 2nd time I go in less than 2 weeks through the drive thru area and I was attended by the same young gentleman. Just wanted to say that he's very helpful and attentive to the customers. Good job! Thank you ☺️
Go here all the time very friendly and so far they been getting the order right but today, the one day I didn't check my order because I had repeated it twice to the lady and i was at angle, I did not see the screen I had yelled my order from where I was, ordered a sausage Supreme croissant and a #2 sausage croissant no cheese egg well done and a sausage grande burrito no sausage just bacon egg and hash brown. But 98% of the time when I do go they are friendly fast and they get it right
Been going here for years. Never really had a bad experience. Although, like with any Fast food spot, always check what they give you before you leave. Sometimes mistakes happen and it's best to realize it while you're in walking distance. They've always been very nice and helpful when dealing with missing or incorrect items. Burgers are pretty good for the price as well. Pretty solid dollar/value menu as well
I didn’t even order food. I waited for a long time while everybody in the back had a ball and the line only got longer. When I was finally about to be attended I noticed a lady on the back grabbing food from a tray and putting it into a box. I pointed her out and asked the lady at the counter why she wasn’t wearing gloves & she simply and carelessly said, “I don’t know, would like to order?” Her very dismissive response only implies that this is normal and accepted daily behavior. This is not ethical in the public food industry, especially in the midst of a global pandemic. I hope you will all fix yourself accordingly. This happened around 7pm-8pm on Dec 22 ,2021.

This place is never consistent. Sometimes its good made on the spot and other times it's cold
