just went to this place and they are supposed to be open by 1am according to their sign but the girl working sunday night around 10:30pm on a sunday night said they were closed drive thru which is a little ridiculous based on the OPEN NEON sign they have on the restaurant. to top it off i asked for her name and she never responded, so i will come next day to ask for her name and manager on duty. Don’t be rude just be accurate.
I ordered a few items but this review is about the Tacos ?..!! I ordered 2 Tacos and I heard another customer say "No Lettuce". Didn't think anything about it until I got my food and left. I opened my Tacos and it was a Taco Shell with lettuce.! I should of taken a pic. Businesses are just getting cheaper and stingier..! I'm pretty sure the management and owners tell them to do that to save money..!! Plus, make sure to ask for napkins and any condiments before leaving because they Never Included that either.! I try not to go to this Jack N Box if I can .!!
I do DoorDash and this place has horrible employees. I waited at the counter for 8 minutes for someone to finally service me. There was five employees and everyone saw me but continued to not service me. They also looked like they also looked like they didn’t care about they’re job. You know what you applied for and no one should ever bring their personal feelings to work. I get we all have bad days but like I said you know what you signed up for. I’ve worked fast food and it’s really not that complicated. SMILE AND ACT LIKE YOU APPRECIATE HAVING A JOB AS MANY CAN’T GET ONE DUE TO CERTAIN COMPLICATIONS!!!
I felt rushed by the cashier to order my food. The floor was dirty, despite the fact we were not allowed to eat inside. I asked for a sprite, but it tasted like mountain dew, or a combination of different sodas. Need some improvement.Anyway, it was a quick service, good taste on the food.
This is certainly one of the most attractive place to eat in the region. Always when I visit this place I am highly glad. They manage their very high level service and the topmost level of food they offer. You surely will enjoy this this place. Very recommended.
1st and last time going. All I have to say is waited in line for 22 min to get my food. Once I got my food, I noticed the receipt said the time of service from when I ordered to when I got my food was 4 minutes. ? lies, lies, lies.

Their chicken sandwich was just okay, not something I'll order again. The plain one at least, maybe the spicy one will be better. There was an angry guy outside that tried to go inside the restaurant, but it was locked. The employee at the drive thru told him they were short staffed, so the dine in wasn't open. That's okay but put a sign up and let walk ins know.
My rating is according to a fast food restaurant, such as Jack in the box food was fresh good, hot and customer service was friendly, only come drive thru....
