Randy Is the best employee there, he always gives me the best service, never eats on the job, and has served me 100 shakes every-time i have gone. I once offered him some of my food but he said "I am not allowed to eat on the job" he then took my food and saved it for his break. He should be put in charge - definitely a different Randy
Worst service ever... 2/9/21 at 11pm. Ordered food and we went to the window and added a cheeseburger. The guy at the window said to busy and can't add that. We waited for 10 min and they ignored us. I called their store number and they hung up.
This used to be one of the best jack in the box's in the area but now I avoid it at all cost. They never have anything in stock, they take forever to get the food out at all times of the day and the staff isn't as nice as they used to be. I've given them the benefit of the doubt time and time again but after many months of the same bs I can no longer recommend this location to anyone.
This Jack in the Box never has any Shakes, every time stop 8s same thing;(

Food was okay the place is decent offers a decent menu staff should be more polite though the Owner should really into that very rude for Gods sake Jesus.
Love this place, friendly service. They don't rush u at the drive through window like McDonald's does. Get the order right.

The food was delicious like always. The service on the other hand could have been better. There was a problem with my order, and it wasn't even a big deal until the attitude I got back when I mentioned it. Whatever happened to customer is right?
Avoid this place, food is prepped with substandard results. Tried this place the first time and wasn't happy with our meal.Gave this place a second chance and they failed miserably for the dine-in experience. We walked in and the staff was chatting in the back while we waited to have someone help us, after 3 minutes of waiting and a lack of response from the staff I had to yell for assistance.But, wait there's more, after placing my order, I was told they had no soft drinks and instead offered iced tea, yet they were busy talking in the back all this time instead getting on the phone to call a tech and fix the broken equipment.Needless to say this will be my last visit to this Jack in the crack, I should've gone to McDonald's instead. Worst customer service ever.
