Breakfast buffet was the best we ever had at a hotel. Even the coffee was excellent. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Quiet. Good neighborhood. Parking lot seemed safe. Night desk clerk was not friendly but got the job done fast. AC and heater worked great. Housekeepers extremely friendly and not stingy with the towels. Day desk clerk was really nice and also very fast. The only real negative was the bathroom smelled musty like a sour mop. Just need to bleach their shower curtains and wash the bathroom walls regularly. Almost want to take off a star for the musty bathroom but the window opens and lets in fresh air. Plus the breakfast was incredible so five stars.

Worst service ever horrible front desk they are rude and got attitude they don’t clean the rooms and you have to go get your own towels from the front desk you might as well stay at motel 8 they charge $12 for self parking they changed the beds and service is horrible

Stayed here for 9 days. Lets start with check in... the person at the front was pretty rude with a bad attitude. Now lets talk about the actual room. Love the updates but thy were cheap when it comes to the doors and the popcorn ceilings. No biggie though. The worst part of my stay was the fact that they only cleaned the room one time! in 9 days! 2 adults and 2 Children (one in diapers)....can you imagine? No one even came by to bring towels. When I called to get towels I was told I had to come to the front desk to get them...everyday. Some days they didn't even have towels available so my husband grabbed some off one of the carts and he was told he was supposed to go to the front desk to get them. Who is running this place? Its a mess. Im never staying here again.

Not what was expected. Advertised a heated pool. Actually unheated. Filtration system wasn't working. Dirty pool with lots of hair and debris, Didn't mention the room they assigned us to was under an event with loud music playing all day. They claimed they were unlocking 10k points for us having to endure loud music firm the morning to late evening, but we still have not seen one point. Flies were all over the cafeteria where breakfast was being served, and food exposed to them. Ripping off customers with parking fees. The rooms were not that great and had shoddy craftsmanship.( floor unlevel and chair rolled to the right of the room.) Put us in a room with all of the cleaning carts out in front of the door.

Disappointed in the cleanliness and the breakfast. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. The floors were dirty, the rooms need a deep cleaning and safety locks on the windows. One room we stayed in didn’t even have screens on the windows let alone safety locks to protect children — on the fourth floor. I’d like to believe they are short staffed and that is the reason for the unkept state of things but there were often multiple people behind the front desk. We’ve stayed at many different Hilton locations — this was the most expensive and the worst one. The laundry room is dirty and floods when the washing machine is used. So many issues.\\n\\nThe people were kind and changed our room when the first room was dirty and again later after our son vomited in the second. We were very thankful for that.

We have been staying here for a long time and we had no problems. The past year we have stayed there a couple of times. We noticed the rooms \\u0026 lobby dirty, and beds hard were you can feel the metal which makes it super uncomfortable. Just recently the AC was not working in the whole building of course it was not mentioned upon checking, when I complained they provided a fan that didn't work. I was planning a 4 night stay which was reduced to a 2 night stay because of how hot it was. I have decided not to stay there again they have gone downhill. Price have gone up and they now started charging for parking when there's no parking space available. Very disappointed!!

This was my 3rd stay at this Embassy for business travel. Very good location with great restaurants within walking distance. Typical Embassy room setup with plenty of room, and the breakfast was excellent. Although the hotel is dated, the rooms have been upgraded some. My issues for long-term stay were the size of the bathrooms with little to no ventilation, which causes corrosion because of the excess moisture taking showers. I know in these times we live in we are getting less, but with no regular room service I would expect more towels, etc., to minimize my visits to the front desk to ask for more. As a workout nut, I've seen really nice gyms in Hilton hotels, but with the limited space in this Embassy, the space was small but it will do (as long as it's not crowded, which it was at 6am), but my only ask is to stock with towels and have better ventilation. I asked for towels for the gym during my 2nd visit, but I saw during the same week and also the 3rd visit they still weren't stocked.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is good and safe. The hotel is clean. The staff was courteous. My biggest problem is that the room design is so dark. I have macular degeneration, and this is a big issue. Neither of us could find the light switch for the large floor lamp in the living room. We had to call maintenance to find it. One of the wall lamps in the bedroom didn't work. The maintenance staff didn't have any replacement bulb for it, unfortunately, and there was no other room available with a functional light. The bathroom sink area is well lit, but not the shower area. I couldn't read the small print on the shampoo / conditioner / body lotion bottles, to figure out which is which. Either the print on the bottles should be larger, or there should be some ceiling light, or both, preferably. The 2 TVs responded to a single remote. The other remote was useless. Neither remote allowed changed to an HDMI input to connect the Chromecast we had brought. We had to get a separate remote from maintenance, but it wasn't available the first night, only the second. The hotel advertises EV charging. But there isn't actually a charger on site. There is one at the library nearby, with only 2 charging heads. It is a slow charger, with a 2 hour maximum, which is not usable if you want to charge your car overnight. The rate is also very high, even if you can wait and charge during the day. I drive a Volt plug-in hybrid, and it was less expensive to pay $7/gallon for premium gas during our stay than to use this charger. I wasn't planning on relying on the EV charger during the trip, but I'm sorry for anyone who was. I believe the hotel should not advertise this feature. As a Hilton Gold member, we didn't get any upgrade. We were informed that all the rooms are the same except for the bed configuration. We did not get a free late checkout either. We had to pay $25 to check out at 1pm. The hotel did make a gesture and waive the overnight parking fee., which we appreciated. We didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast as we are not morning people.

This was one of the worst stays Ive experienced to date. Since my stay, I have been trying to communicate with Jennifer Nunzio (hotel manager) and have been nothing but respectful in my attempts to reach out to express my very serious concerns but have since been met w/ silence. My advice to anyone staying here is to be sure to get everything in writing & double check your invoice at checkout for unauthorized charges. #1 PARTYING & NOISE FROM 11PM TO 5AM There was what sounded like a party/large gathering in the room above me. I called the front desk multiple times between 11pm & 5am to ask for help but the girl at the front desk was there alone and wasn't able to go up and investigate because security never showed up. I had to endure a sleepless night because security + attempts to reach the room above me failed. The noise complaint was never investigated. Management never offered to make it right. #2 NO SECURITY Not having security onsite is a big safety risk. What if I had been in trouble and someone complained about noises coming from my room? Would they only try phone the room and if no one answers completely dismiss/not investigate further because security didn’t show up? That is very concerning. #3 ALARMING FRAUDULENT CHARGES OR WORSE Charged ten $1 local calls that I did not make. There was no cleaning service and I didn't make any calls from my room - so who was it? A snack had also been charged to the room. Front desk stated that snacks can only be charged to room if someone has the room# and last name on reservation. We never charged a snack to the room nor did anyone know our info - so who charged the snack? When asked to show video proof - charges were immediately removed. #4 NO CLEANING SERVICE Rooms do not feel properly cleaned, no daily cleaning service. Towels had dirty stains on them, plexi-glass at front desk is dusty, my white socks turned black walking in my room, no daily towel change or soap replacement. The excuse they have for not offering cleaning service is COVID. How does that make sense? Cleaning people usually clean when guests are out of their room. Another excuse to try and cut costs. #5 CHARGED 3KINGS RECIEVED 1 KING ROOM Approved for early check-in. Rooms were not ready upon arrival. We left luggage w/ front desk. Told they would call us when the rooms were ready. They never called. We came back to check into our rooms and were given 1 King and 2 Queens, even though we were there first. Really save yourself the headache of having to stay here. Its not worth the safety risks and lack of security at this hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures.
