I am giving three stars on this review because at least I received my order! At 10:30 am today the drive through was closed off and a sign on the door said the dining room was closed. I placed an order for curbside pickup and whenthe lady came out I asked what was going on and she said they literally had no employees! Maybe it's time to close up for good if you have no workers. That is terrible!
Horrible location, always serve dry burn chicken, always gets orders wrong, machines are always malfunctioning if it’s not one thing it’s another like getting the order wrong, management is super rude will keep you waiting and just not even be apologetic after they completely mess up, wish there was a closer location, never coming here again, oh and they close the lobby by 3pm how stupid is that only if there is no customers there? Then don’t claim the lobby is open for dinning at all! Drive thru takes 30-50 mins not exaggerating at any time of the day, I can’t believe corp or company has not interfered.
Came here a yesterday and saw the long drive through line. Decided to park and walk in, they served my food fast. I appreciate everyone there who works, even during rushes you guys still get through it. I haven’t eaten pollo loco since 2016 in college so decided to get some. I read a lot of the reviews here, and some are valid but it honestly gets tough at packed times but you guys are doing your best and coming to work everyday. A lot of people like to complain when one mistake is made but not when great work is done. You guys are amazing, keep doing your best! :)
This by far has been the worst pollo loco experience ever. My sister and I dropped by today and had to get another customer who was in the middle of their meal to open the door for us as it was locked DURING BUSINESS HOURS. While waiting for our meal i then noticed everyone’s food was coming out so I asked the cashier Lorena what was going so she responds “we’re waiting on more chicken” which wouldn’t have been a bad response had she not snickered at me trying to be funny. Not to point out more than 2 customers were complaining to her about incorrect orders. As I went back to waiting she kept her nasty attitude at other customers which led to one requesting to speak to a manager. Once I got my food she Didint give me tortillas which my sister asked for and she nearly yelled at her “ I know”! Lastly the place really needs sanitation and overall need to hire workers with respect.
I called before driving over, but they never answer the phones. Then I arrived an hour before close, only to find out they had already closed the drive-through and the location. There is no way to find out whether or not they’re open except to drive to the location. At $6 an hour for fuel, it’s too much. This is REALLY unacceptable. They need new management. You don’t make your customers spend loads on fuel just to find out the location isn’t even open during business hours. Answer the phones, and change the hours online if you are not open. This is really disrespectful to customers. It’s not difficult to change the hours online.

They don't have anything to sell ever. I been here multiple times and they don't have "chicken" ???♂️. Today they didn't have salsa (any), corn tortillas, rice, taquitos. And on top of that they drive through people have an attitude because you order items that contain any of the items they ran out of. They don't offer to make it without it, they just tell you they don't that that either. Why not just close at this point, 8 pm on a Friday. All bad.
This place has very poor customer service. You figure if you close at 10:30 pm you would have condiments to pair with your food. They had condiments for the chicken soup as well. The chicken was half cooked. The staff had a competition on who could cut the chicken up faster. Absolutely ridiculous. You need a manager on site. The place was filthy.In addition you're on the clock do your job.
