This is my 2nd time visiting this Dunkin' donuts and donuts and Downing they have the worst customer service they'd never get the order correct and the order is never ready on time I ordered A breakfast sandwich and a coffee the breakfast sandwiches done the young lady calls my number but there's no coffee that's the customers standing here are waiting 10 and 15 minutes for a single cup of coffee it's about 10 people working here The guy making the coffee has on no gloves the young lady getting the donuts as on no gloves she's had to lend money she turns around she sticks her hand down in the back It has on no blouse worse
I came to this store around 5:30 pm first the ordering machines wasn't working properly, secondly they didn't have variety of donuts , really poor place in item variety
Former employee at dunkin Downey. First I'd like to say that this franchise treats there employees like absolute trash the G.M an district manager for dunkin Downey are very unfair an super unprofessional. An jus a really big complaint that the fact that None of the donuts are made fresh they are either frozen then heated up or brought in from a different company the night before an left out until next business day.

This place had went down hill bad. I went here 2 weeks ago and tried to place an order. They had hardly any donuts and the worker taking my order was coughing really bad and he sounded very sick?? (likely Omicron) and I just drove off because I will not be accepting donuts from a place that has someone serving donuts, who is coughing badly, it was disgusting and ridiculous how much he was coughing??.
What happened to the old fashion? Three times over a month at this location, once at bellflower, and the old fashion all taste burnt, hard, and just complete nasty. Did you all change the recipe?
They need to change their name to Dunkin NO DONUTS! cuz they NEVER have donuts!!!!! but they ALWAYS have bad customer service ????
Had a busy morning so wanted my babies eat donuts for breakfast. I ordered a breakfast egg, sausage and cheese muffin and it was really dry! Both of my child's hot chocolates were all water and the chocolate was sitting at the bottom and clumped up tried stirring them up but I didn't have any utensils and cup was full to top. Other than that the tea I ordered was good
They make the drinks really well here and they're always super nice! I've been loving the new apple cranberry tea, I asked if they could make it a little less sweet and she suggested we add less cranberry and more green tea because they don't add sweetener and that turned out really good!
First time tried Dunkin’ Donuts. They got my order right. The food and drinks are good. Very polite. Definitely will come again. Probably more often than Starbucks.
