I am so mad,I have been craving this place more because of my pregnancy,my frys were cold and I told the girl my frys were not fresh she Said we don't have no more.wow!!I bought 3 large sprites and they all taste like water with bubbles .i want my money back .

I've ordered 2 Habanero Crispy Chicken Tax is with medium coke. I was given a strawberry punch with strawberries. I can't even go back to correct my order, because I am stuck on traffic on Interstate 5.

Really good prices on the menu, I really liked their bite size crunchy tacos ? ? and their mocha ice coffee ?

Been here a few times, for the most part friendly staff. Restaurant is always has a clean dining area and restroom. Gave it four stars for the reason there are times I order through drive-thru and my food looks like the wrapped It with one hand and just throw it in the bag.

Probably the only fast food place I still somewhat enjoy going to, yes the lady in the drive thru has a bit of an attitude, but she gets real polite the second you give her attitude back.

I placed an order through the drive thru, and it was incorrect. So i got off and asked to have my order fixed. Well as soon as Carmen, the manager heard what I was there for. I could tell she was bothered. She told the lady that helped me at the drive thru that she did my order wrong,and the lady apologized which was really professional of her. Carmen placed my order and started rushing the workers and telling them to work faster. She brought up my order and was walking away. I had to tell her that she owed me money because obviously I was charged for the wrong order. She rolled her eyes and placed my change on the counter. Didn't apologize or say anything. Really bad service specially coming from a "manager"

What's worse than no customer service? Bad customer service! These workers demonstrate that they do not want to work there with their angry faces and poor attitude. When asked for a receipt, the worker seemed bothered just to be asked for it. Perhaps no one else will hire them with such bad customer service skills. Feel truly sorry for people like that. Corporate needs to hire and train better!

the service terrible i went on 12/30 in the morning amd theady ay the drivethrue was so rude and she didnt even want to give me a recive y order 6 tacos and and 1 combo and she only give 1 sauce wow this lady got some actituted

Not sure if the drive thru intercom needs to be adjusted but the attendant couldn't understand or hear what I was saying even though I spoke clearly and loud. The beyond meat is salty, not sure if that's how it's packaged or prepared at the restaurant.

Had a great breakfast there. (Two Crispy Ranch tacos and a Iced mocha, I'm 16 and I had 4 dollars best money ever spent lol)
