We ordered The Crimson Sandwich, Mac and Cheese and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Think we got a medium spice level, felt it but it wasn’t too bad. Food was good!
Have been wanting to try this place for such a long time so today I decided to stop by after a long work day. I was unfortunately unimpressed with their food. Sandwich was very salty, and for some reason spicier than my HOT Wings - sandwich was medium. Not sure if I will try again. On the bright side, can’t customer service was great!
The chicken strips where a good size. The mild spice was hot enough. The house source is tasty. We enjoyed a large serving of fried pickles too. The price is a bit high but the staff is very nice. if you like hot spicy chicken this is your place.
Not a bad place to stop for a quick bite. All the food was made fresh and the staff were helpful and friendly.
I got the Joey Eat Fries with the Crimson sauce and cheese on the side. The chicken tasted really fresh and delicious. I would of gave them 5 stars if the price ($15) wasn’t so high compared to the amount of chicken and fries I received in my box order.
Staff was really friendly it was my first time going here and igotta say they left a good lasting first impression on me just with how friendly the staff was i havent even tasted my food yet but i can alredy tell you the guy who called my number and the girl who took our order were super nice i want to go back just cuz of the good service!!!... now i have had time to taste my food and i can tell you the chicken melts in your mouth its so crispy on the outside and so moist on the inside..... omg totaly recommend 10/10.
First time here after eyeballing it for a few months. I must say the chicken was on point as were the fries. Perfect seasoning on both these items. My only issue is their customer service.The young lady was cordial at the beginning but as I tried to engage in a small conversation with her, it was just a one way street. Felt kinda weird after that. Now, I completely understand if a customer service associate had a long day, or if it was close to your shift, but aren’t you suppose to make your clientele feel welcomed or at least say thank you for coming?I was never acknowledged once by anyone and when I left, well, let’s just say places like Subway, Chick-fil-A , amongst other have WAY better customer relations.To be clear I wasn’t hurt or anything thing to effect but I did not feel I was treated like a customer. It was more like what do you want, here you go, and….silence.Good chicken though.
Everytime I come I am welcomed by their amazing staff ! Very kind and professional. The cooks are phenomenal , thank you ! Wait time is reasonable , food quality is always consistent and absolutely delicious! Definitely would recommend everyone who reads this to go try it out !!!
My son was craving Nashville style chicken so we found this place , mild crimson sandwich is NOT spicy at all , the overall taste was okey , I wasn’t impressed. I also ordered the fried onion and it was so disgusting I honestly cannot find words to describe how nasty it was Salty, very over seasoned, oil was dripping everywhere out of the box , I had to blot out oil from the onion in order to be able to consume a piece, and worse but not least it was dark some parts were burned giving it a bitter taste so it made it bitter/salty. In my personal opinion I feel the oil were they fried it needed to be changed . I was only able to eat a couple pieces an I couldn’t have anymore Too SALTY & Oily . Maybe sometime if I’m the area I’ll stop by for a crimson sandwich I’ll be sure to make it hot. The onion did make me sad :-(Because I had to throw it out :-( if you zoom in the picture you’ll see the burn pieces .
It's hard to find a good chicken sandwich place now days with so many options but miserable fails. Especially with the big chains trying to get your dollars for their subpar or underwhelming chicken sandwiches. Not here though! They've got the good on how they make their sandwiches and chicken. Discovered this place on social media and despite covid restrictions they've are definitely on top of their game. It is pricey but for the quality, taste and amount you get, it's worth it! The clown, king and colonel can keep their chicken nugget patties, Crimson def got them beat!
