Very DISAPPOINTED!The White rice was HARD & had requested Chile Verde Salsa. Instead theyput Pick De Gallo?. Very little meat and a whole lot of Sour cream?. They forgot to put my guacamole.I will not be going back ANYMORE!
Regret going here every time. I should be the fool, really. Everything from the parking, their app, floorplan layout, and most importantly the food and portion size just isnt pleasurable. The portion size of my chicken burrito (which I ordered for pick up via the app that took 5 minutes cause it's got more bugs than A Bugs Life itself) was real skimp. I thought the same thing the last 3 times I was here but shame on me. The chicken was so dry I swear I had cotton mouth after it. I genuinely was left in a worse mood than before I decided to order from here. Still awaiting a response from this location and corp.
I always wondered why this place was always empty tell I went today for the first time. Now I know ! They're so greedy with the servings, when done I was still able to see the bottom of the plate. Didn't even bother to full the bottom part. Won't even come bsck here again. Almost 30 bucks for children serving, no thanks !
Ordered online to avoid being inside for to long due to covid. Ordered extra chicken and didn't even get a full regular serving. Extremely disappointed due to my wife being diabetic and needed enough protein to balance out the carbs.
So far the two times I have been hear the steak was fresh. Makes the entire meal wonderful. I have gotten tired of going to other Chipotle's and receiving some really dry steak that you just know isn't fresh when you bite into it. Thank you guys for keeping it fresh.
I usually have a good experience at chipotle, but this time I went in it was different one of the guys in the back that I witnessed handling food raw food came to the front to take my order. When I told him to please wash your hands or put on gloves before serving me he said I can not take your order and turned around and walked away to disappear in the back. I didn’t get his name but he was a tall gentleman with tattoos that looks like he has a problem working at chipotle being 30 years old. The female staff that helped me prepare my order was great the gentleman that walked from the back is disgusting and rude I will not be coming back to this chipotle because of lack of hygiene from the employees.
Not the most authentic Mexican you can get, but it is a good and quick place to get some grub.
Every time I pick up an Order the bottom of the bag is covered with Cheese, Guacamole, Sour Cream or other Stuff. Dont the Employees care to clean the counter were they bag the food up? Dont even check if the bag is covered in stuff since they dont have to clean their seats after putting it in their car! Shame. Poor Training.

They had a bogo going on which I didn’t know but their line was out the door. They were taking a long time to make each persons food but that’s not my reason to leaving this review because they were probably understaffed :-( but ! after me and mf bf got our food after waiting 30+ minutes, we were gonna eat our food in the car but there were no utensils and they had already closed their doors ☹️ so we had to wait till we got home to enjoy our food.
