As a regular patron of Chili's restaurant I really didn't expect to receive this type of quality of service and lack of concern for the food I received. My server never really checked to see if we were ready to order and when that time did come , 20 minutes had passed already. And to end it with a frozen slice of.cheesecake that I clearly could not eat. Me and my colleague from the food network realized that this particular Chili's needs a makeover when it comes to service and quality.
I has registered for a table of 3 and one high chair.Gave them my name. The young lady, told me, the wait was 35min.Okay we waited. I went to check how much longer I had to wait. The young lady said my name was not on the list and I had to wait 20 min more.But I had proof, I received a text, from Chili's, that I was waiting for a table.Very disappointed in them.
Pretty empty but i believe they are short staffed so we waited 30min. Friendly employers.Food was good. I recommend the spicy shrimp tacos. Very good. Lots of flavors
They have the best customer service and their food service is pretty fast. This is the only chili's restaurant I love.
I went to its just wings, inside the chilis... Those were some great-tasting wings. I recommend those wings anytime...
Since covid, customer service is much to be desired. Food tends to run out so options become limited. Shame since this place was much better prior to the pandemic. Unsure if they will remain open if their service don't improve.
The food was really good & fresh .Shout out to saint for having enough patience for my party of 8 , the best customer service ..We’re sorry for being difficult but thank you for having the best customer service ??
First time trying chilis it’s good/AverageI really liked the fajitas (second picture) I would recommend that! The dish last picture wasn’t that good, the quesadilla was really weird.
