Second time trying Chick-fil-A and all I can say is it was the BEST fast food chicken chain I've ever been too! The number 2 spicy deluxe was so mouth-watering, delicious and tasty!Customer service here was great! I don't know what her name was, but a really nice brunette was fascinated because I was British and said she'd never met someone from the UK! Wish I'd gotten her name
My mom and i enjoy going to chick-fil-a often. Although the food is amazing and it's the main reason we go, the service is unbeatable! The workers look like they genuinely enjoy working there and always have a positive attitude. Any orders that are messed up or missing items will be fixed immediately and are given back with a gift card for a free meal.They have a team that is so well organized whether its with online orders,drive thru, or dine-in, which is great for everyone.I've heard some people complaining about the service at chick-fil-a but i personally think that if you get bad service there,then it's just the location or some people just don't quite agree on things.The one i go to is located right next to my school and afterschool they get a bunch of kids swarming in,yet they still manage to stay completely organized and get your food out within 5 minutes.
Although my order got a little mixed up, got the regular instead of the spicy sandwiches. The food was good as always. Lines were a little long but the system to take orders and pay works very well and had me on my way pretty quick.
Chicken is dry and lacks flavor. This won’t be a repeat for us. The biscuits lacked freshness and tasted stale.The staff is friendly and well organized.
Great customer service.Always choose this location there service is fast .Staff is so nice and friendly.(Jessica) employee kept checking up on our table was so sweet to the kids and was keeping up with our family to see if we needed anything.5 stars .
If you ever been Chick-fil-A then you know it’s gonna be great customer service and good food. Just one is on the standard with the rest of the Chick-fil-A‘s. Speedy service info was great. This is my regular location so there’s not much selling point here.
It was my first time coming to Chick Fil A and my experience was nothing as others have shared. I used the drive thru, the woman who took my order was very rude. She got bothered that I asked if they had L coffee and if they had hot chocolate. When you go to a place for the first time, you don’t know the menu like the back of your hand and that’s why you ask.
One of my favorite places to eat. Not only is the food good, but the customer service is top notch... Polite and friendly :)
Usually do the drive-thru but I have been inside a couple of times (prior covid) and service is great! Only drawback is it can be a bit busy but the lines both inside and outside usually move pretty well.
Quick & Accurate through the drive through. Chick-fil-A usual flavor etc. Nothing bad to say if you like this places food.
