I gave 2 stars because the attendant was not responsive to a request to have the patron in front of me move so I could leave. They had already given me my food but made me wait in line until their order was completed. It was an unnecessary 6 minute wait. Other fast food chains ask patrons to move from the line in order to keep the lines moving. Management should take this into consideration.
It's been about four times that I order through the drive-thru and it goes by fast however they always forget something in my order or give me an item I didn't ask for. I never check my order before driving off, my receipt is always correct but order is wrong. My advice is for you to check your orders before driving out the drive-thru, it gets frustrating when it happens more than once.

Didnt see or tast anything special didnt care for soggy waffle fries or chicken sandwich but the chicken was tender going to give it one more try next time just the tenders.
Low level Chick-fil-A super long line so I decided to do a carry out order but when I came inside after the app told me to come inside because my order was ready the young lady told me I had to get in the Drive-Thru no matter what to pick up my order.
Jasmine the shift leader was extremely rude to her customers. She visibly rolled her eyes when asked how long the order would take and was just told you'll get it soon enough. Don't work in customer service if you can't be kind to customers.
Half of my order wasn't accurate. Also the drive thru traffic was very cramped. Employees in the drive thru will sometimes walk in front of cars without looking. A bit anxiety inducing if you want to move and they just pop up out of no where.
Food was great. Pay close attention to your order because the crowd and special requests can make servers miss something. Wish the company would change from using duel #ing...maybe breakfast should be by alphabet and lunch by #...too many customers ordering from both menus without specifying "breakfast #3 & lunch #1" types of situations, which is annoying for both staff and waiting customers. Staff friendly throughout it all.
I mean what can I say?...Chick fil a is always on point! Also their new peppermint shake us so good! It has bits of peppermint and white chocolate ?
It was fast even with the long lines in drive thru .. The guy that took our order was very polite and friendly that was great. The down part of it is that its to busy so they probably have to much food made ready for
