In short, AMAZING pizza but customer service is not so great.Placed an order online. Went to pick up and found the shop was closed. My order was charged. Shop was closed for 1 week. No courtesy sign for when shop will reopen. Kept calling everyday, no answer. They answered phonecalls 1.5 weeks later. Placed order at 7:45 pm, order was refunded. Lady on the phone said to please wait for confirmation phone call, since the owner was not in yet. At 9:40 pm, called to follow up. They were waiting for us to call back. Placed order on phone again. They said to wait 40 minutes. Pizza received at 11:35 pm.
Carlos pizza is ??bomb.....the owner knows how to make pizza..... the sausage is really good the Doe is fresh he cooks it perfectly so it's crunchy and delicious I come all the way from Torrance area about once a month just to get pizza for me and my familyI highly recommend Carlo's Pizza to everybody and my coworkers..... I've been coming to this place quite a bit for almost about 25 years it feels like
Very bad customer service. Was told pizza would be ready in 20 to 30 min . The 1 pizza I ordered Took more than 40 min . Jeff got mad at my son for asking when the order will be ready. Jeff came out to the dining area . He said my son was annoying. I told Jeff to cancel my order. I asked for a refund. I never received my refund or a pizza that we waited for more then the time that was given. I do not recommend this place
I grew up eating Carlos pizza on Saturday nights for 17 years. I moved to Minnesota in "92" every time I come to SO Cal I have to get a pizza. Disappointed in the service, never the quality. Every bite is the same as when I grew up. When you say the order will be ready in 25 min, not we'll make it when you get here. In retrospect: I flew 2000 mi, I can wait 25 more minutes.
Spoke to the worst person on the phone today. If you don't like working there, no need to be rude on the phone. From the moment we called to try to place an order. You're yelling at us to speak up. We are asking questions about the Menu and you can't give us a straight answer. Then after telling you that you're rude you tell me to F**K Off. Good One.. lol. I hope you someday find a job you like, and have a passion for it so that you don't have to treat customers this way.
Best pizza ever!!!!!! And so fresh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did not have a problem waiting at all, ill stop the world and melt for u ,like ur cheese
Jeff took care of me...this is authentic pizza.Made from scratch...fresh ingredients..Real good service..if u want a real good pizza,this is the place to come to.
