Ordered my Food online through Doordash, had never tried this place and the total delivery time was 85 minutes so I figured the food was good, my dasher got there timely and was waiting for my order, 20 minutes before my time was due, the restaurant tells my dasher that they never got my order, that they could not find it on the system. Doordash then calls me to apologize letting me know that they would have to cancel my order because the restaurant claimed they never got it and were not allowing them to re-place the order. Felt bad for my dasher, and upset at their customer service. After reading other reviews now I know why.
Need to train cashier to be more professional. We had to stand for 10 minutes while the cashier took a phone order. Another cashier open up and instead of taking our order she took other customers. When we told her that she should take our order. She responded to wait for the cashier to finish taking the phone order. Very unprofessional and Unacceptable
Giant shrimp Cajun style with roasted street corn and cauliflower rice is my new go to dish here. Husband says the garlic butter is good and so were the sweet potatoe fries. The white rice was his favorite. We recommend this spot as a healthier choice for lunch dates.
I've been to other locations (Cerritos) that were great. This location unfortunately is not. Service is terrible. I ordered a keto shrimp bowl, it was missing ingredients. My wife had fish n chips, the fries were soggy. I ordered a side of grilled asparagus, something I've ordered at the other locations, they always serve 5, this one only served us 3. The first picture is the sad terrible food from this location. The second one is from the other location.
The shrimp skewers in the garlic butter sauce is a must try! We also got the rosemary zucchini and fish tacos. The batter was great. I would only suggest that they have limes available for the tacos. Just my personal preference. The restaurant was very clean and the workers were pleasant. Will return!
My husband's salmon sandwich was raw and wasn't cooked properly ? also they charged me $4 :75 extra for sweet potato fries, and it said 1.99 on the sign when you get a plate !! I don't think I'm coming back!!
Found a worm in our fish last time im coming in here. And the gutl delivering your food a little rude. They gave us our money back for the fish but not my plate we couldn't really eat anymore.
I had a bad experience. When I was going to begin eating I noticed there was hair in my food. The Manager was rude and didn't even apologize. He just asked if I wanted another plate. Will never go back the service was offel.
Pretty good food... I really liked their dynamite fries ?.. its a bit pricey but worth trying at least once
For a belated birthday lunch, my son & granddaughter treated me to a fish meal at California Fish Grill in Downey, where they reside. My granddaughter and I chose salmon, my son chose catfish and fries. Everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and helpful.
