My order is always very late. I like burger King but there is a lo of improvement necessary
I was just here and was having a problem witt the app to use a coupon some young lady was helping us. Then some old lady comes and tells us rudely can you move the people on the backs order is ready and getting cold. She could it been nice and told us in a polite way. It's not our fault that their app does not work and their while there helping us, she got the other order ready. That is so sad never coming back to this burger king i use to come like 2x a week.

Love them whoppers I Always use drive thru never had an issue always a good experience
Because I just come pick up and i do line in drive thru like regular order not good bad service because if a pay for pickup is pick up not wait 30 montis in drive thru
