First thing I want to establish... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Heck, they even call your phone if its a to go order and you are walking around in the mall.But...now to the food. Well, I just ordered a few wings. And...they were the smallest and driest wings I have ever had in my life and for the price they are not worth it.Heck, the tray holding the wings had more sauce than anything else. I ordered the Carolina Reaper flavor, love my spice, but it didn't even taste like its suppose to. Maybe just old chicken and old spice. It the most disappointing meal I have ever had.Do not go here to eat. Maybe to get drunk, but the food is just...horrendous.5/5 for customer service. But that is not what makes an EATING establishment, edible.
If you're hoping for good, attentive service this is not the location to go to.At first, nobody was at the front door to greet us or even let us know how the seating worked so we had to sit ourselves down after standing around like idiots wondering if anyone was going to help us.We got a blue haired waitress to serve us and not only did she get our order wrong, she seemed bothered that we even spoke up about it. Servers who make you feel uncomfortable about getting the wrong food are the absolute worst. After that, should would rarely pass by our table or even give us anytime to ask her for what we wanted. After asking her for another drink she gave us some sass back and said they weren't free as if to imply we were broke.After handing us our bill, she never came back to get our card, say thank you, or even give us her name. We really wanted to leave so we got up and went to the front desk where nobody could help us because our specific server had to charge us. Not only were they not able to find her, but when she came back, she did not apologize, took her time to charge us, and walked away without saying anything.It seemed as every worker in there was glaring at us for wanting to leave or even find our server. We aren't the types to get loud or even complain but that was just horrible customer service. Almost walked out because it felt like we were begging them to charge us.
I've always loved BWW, but this time I left disappointed. Our fries portion was very small and I asked them with cheese and bacon that didn't make it up. And our wings were quite dry. They served like a bit of the sauce flavor on one of the corners of the tray. Waitress no service offered the whole time we were there, so that is another negative view for there customer service and not to say about the kids they have in the front entrance with their "don't want to work faces".It could be this spot but still love BWW.
Place is clean nice vibe but the service that i got today was trash service was really bad we had to wait almost 40 minutes to our food , food was old and cold the place was not full for the service to be that slow elex was our service and he was terrible
I found this restaurant quite decent and good! Food was delicious and looking fresh. Restaurant has also good atmosphere. Staff was quite busy so service was a little slow but it is understandable. ?
Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option so 1 star for manager in charge of this location (7pm on 2/22/22 ) as he neglected to demonstrate the qualities and professionalism he was hired for. To have him turn his back as he tossed his hand up showed no morals and only showed he lacked the ability to perform his duties as a manager when a party of 18 questions why after waiting 40 minutes the time changed from the initial advised 30 minutes wait to a 2 hour wait time. Not being able to accommodate our party which consisted of not only adults but our children as well as our disabled mom, He stated we could not wait inside although it was raining and windy for them to wait outside. Honestly his behavior was uncalled for and is undeserving of such job title.
I just came here for a quick lunch, we were seatedimmediately inside, but everything following that was anoverall negative experience. Our server never introducedherself, but per the receipt she was "Perla." Immediatelyafter ordering our drinks she asked for a card to open a"tab" I asked why and she said she would get hermanager.Her manager came over and stated they would take cardsfor a tab because they were seating people outside duringCOVID, but we were eating inside.We had to pre-pay for our food, as we didn't feelcomfortable "opening a tab" for a meal.It took long periods of time for the server to come to thetable and only coming to the table independently oncewhen we ordered drinks. 10 minutes of waiting after wegot our drinks, we had to locate our server and call herover to place our order. We noticed that she would avoidour table.We had to repeatedly ask for basic needs, silverware,napkins, a refill, ranch.Food was fair, nothing different from other locations.I do not recommend this location of Buffalo Wild Wings,unless you like terrible service and rude servers.
I always come to this place I order my food always fresh and hot ready to eat I went to eat yesterday order wings they serve me cold wings I told the waiter can you please send this back Cauce I don’t like cold wings 5 minutes pass and they brought me the same thing . Seems like they have the wings sitting there and they just reheat them . And I talk to the manager he didn’t seem what was he talking about young guy he sounded confuse. Super bad experience …never again in this place . Should train your employees much better. I don’t like getting sick by eating cold food health department should be checking this location often . This was 2/23/22 wedsday around like 240pm.
I come here and only here for sports and games when I want cheap beer ($3 tall drafts!) and a huge sports-watching atmosphere (Go Rams!!). The place itself is big, open and airy—I hate cramped bars like old Hooters interiors. I went last week here vs the Bucs playoff football game and wow, many Rams fans, some Brady fans (can’t wait for them to go away lol), and our bartender I believe was named Wes, very clean cut blonde-ish dude. Just as I would finish my beer, he’d ask if I wanted another drink. Food came about 15 minutes later after ordering and the place was jam packed! Awesome service A++. Didn’t see many unhappy patrons behind me either so ya definitely come here for big games.
Our family loves this place!Mango Habanero is definitely our #1 choice of flavor?
